Easy pickup and drop off experience. Late flight meant an out of hours fee of €60. However the service itself was decent. The Aygo was a crock of crap on the motorway but handled the mountain roads ok. Would use again

we were given a toyota yaris upon arrival at pisa airport which had the back bumper loose and badly damaged we questioned if it was safe to drive.. we were told it was fine and not to worry. we took photos of all the other dents and scratches.we had no issues while driving the car and returned it in exacly the same condition.. a week later i recieved an e mail charging me 191 euros for a scratch on the inside of the door which was not visible when the door was closed.i sent several e mails informing them that we had not had any issues and the tiny scratch was not done by us. all my e mails were ignored , i was warned about car hire firms in italy doing things like this. i will never use ech rentals again and advise anyone to looks elsewhere.. this company has so many bad reviews i wish i had researched this criminal company.
