Used this company today to sell my sister-in-laws car as she’s just emigrated. The guy who turned up to view the car etc was Ian Roberts, he was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and explained the whole process thoroughly. He gave the car a very thorough inspection and took photos etc all the time explaining what he was doing. The only issue I had was with the company purchasing the car but again, Ian explained what and why it was happening. He was very patient with the buyer and acted totally professionally through the entire process.
Can’t recommend Ecomotive highly enough.
Excomotive you’d do well to hang into Ian Robert’s as he is a credit to your company.

Great communication before delivery so I could plan my day, and on the day too. Full handover of new vehicle so I didn’t have to figure it all out by myself. Very friendly driver.

Mark was friendly and very helpful, he moved the car for me to another space whilst waiting for my old car to he collected. He took time to show me how the car works and all the of buttons. He answered my questions and gave me time to feel comfortable with the car before leaving. Thank you Mark.

Had our new car delivered by Jamie. He called and left a message when he was an hour away so that we knew when he'd arrive. He was careful with the car and conscious of not blocking in the neighbours whilst unloading from the trailer. Quick and friendly handover. Overall very smooth.

Had our vehicle delivered by Ian Roberts, what a wonderful experience! He messaged the day before confirming he will be with me the following day. Then delivered the vehicle within the time frame given, he ensured any dirt picked up on the way was wiped away and it was clean for delivery

Just took delivery of my new car, Steve M was brilliant. Explained everything. There was some dirt on the car from transport which he kindly removed and gave car the once over .
