Absolutely brilliant! From start to finish.
First Kristian, who came to talk us through eco reflect and their windows was lovely. All information was easy to understand and any questions we had were answered.
The communication from eco reflect was good and everyone was on hand to answer any questions we had.
Bert came to measure up and he was thorough making sure we got exactly what we wanted and giving good recommendations when we weren’t sure.
Gary sent mock ups of the door we wanted and was on hand whenever we needed.
And the fitters, Craig, Lee and Connor. Absolutely hilarious! Had me laughing the whole time. They are extremely efficient. Took care with the house and most importantly, did a fantastic job.
Some snags came up but before I even knew about it they’d been escalated and already booked in.
Would definitely recommend eco reflect.

I got a quote from eco reflect a gentleman turned up and did some measuring up, I was very skeptical at first as I wasn’t sure about the company as I hadn’t heard of them, he was very kind, the two fitters turned up to fit 2 doors and 4 windows, they were very polite and kind, they kept their work area tidy, they ripped my old doors and windows out and put the new ones in, there work was clean an tidy, my house is a lot warmer. I’m a very happy customer. No issues with the products. Would recommend company.
