I didn't go far with them, But I suspect it's a fraud because you have to pay money to work with them online. I couldn't ever delete my account. `The WhatsApp support is also zero. Better to apply for proper parttime work

I had the same problem as Elreena, and they still asking me to pay some money so I can finish my 40 mission.
They are changing the links every month. I do have latest link but it can’t be shared here.I got from them today,please let me know if anything I can do to get my money back. I’ve lost 9k myself.

Well I am one of the victim aswell of ecwid somebody text me about this ecwid boost mission and explain to me how to use.
So first day I did 40 mission it was one package poped up and i been told to pay for product you need purchase and your money will come back which it comes back but that how they trap people. soon I have 90usdt in my account and when I go in half they start giving me packeg mission and you need to buy a product with really big amount so all together I put 5k so far And they were saying its last mission then again another product come with 5k now I am really stuck when I asked them that you told me this will be the last one they gose well it's computer generate these products.now what should I do about my money they keep saying you need complete your mission then you will be able to take your money.
Should I go to cyber crime?

The first 2 days was good
The third day while completing the the mission it require to deposit more and more I deposit almost 3000£ and again asking for 1100 deposit still not sure that there I will need more money to deposit to complete remaining 7 out of 40 missin

I was scammed by ECWID this year July,2022. They are all scammers. They took almost £7000 of both my children and my savings. Am still yet to recover from this. They will tell you to boost missions and end you a link. Please don't do business with them. Be warned.
Below is the full picture of the scam:
I was contacted by someone I believed to be from Reed.com via WhatsApp messages. I was told about job opportunities and was asked if I had UK identification and have a UK bank account. I confirmed I had both. I was then put in contact, via WhatsApp, with someone called Alfred.

Alfred told Me about a company called Ecwid. They said Ecwid is an e-commerce platform. The job was helping merchants boost their reviews and ratings. I was then told I should send funds through a cryptocurrency exchange called Binance, and I would unlock tasks. I was told once I had completed 40 tasks I could withdraw funds.

Between 25 June 2022 and 3 July 2022, I made multiple payments to various accounts, totalling almost £7000.He said I wasn’t reaching the set task number and was asked to deposit more money. That was how my money was gone to this scammers.

I signed up with Ecwid last month. When Im with them a year, I will give another review. I just wanted to say after looking over all the other websites, Ecwid had what I was looking for. Price is nice too. I'm very happy I signed up with Ecwid. I love the platform because I can sell digital products and use plentiful to push my designs on Ecwid. Thanks Ecwid.

I was scammed on ecwid with almost 7000£ by someone working for ecwid or pretending to work for ecwid, asking me to join ecwid and boost products for the merchants selling products online. Please, if someone have been robbed like me on ecwid platform can you help me to recover the money back?

A company scammed me $9000 using ecwid name… your so big company and you dont know someone is using your name website showing that you belongs to them

Ecwid has functionalities just like any other platform out there. What they advertise so much on is being able to connect with Amazon, e-Bay, Instagram etc. NOTE However, once you get to connecting with these other platforms, they direct you to PAID 3rd party softwares, and only through then will you connect with these platforms they so much market themselves with.

Additionally, if you have products with different sizes and want to connect with Facebook, each size variant will appear as a stand-alone listing. For example you're selling shoes and you've listed 10 different pairs, and each pair has 7 different sizes (say US 36-42). For a good platform, integrating with another platform should only give you the 10 pairs. But once you connect Ecwid to Facebook, you'll get each size for each pair as a separate listing, and with same photos per pair! That means your 10 listed pairs will be 70 listings on FB. Wow!

Ecwid is an amazing product for me, and I don't understand why it received so much bad reviews.

For me most of the e-commerce solution are between "OK and awful". Not really user-friendly, not really powerful when you try to dig it.

My experience with Ecwid is currently really good. I work on Wordpress, using Ecwid plugin.

The Ecwid back-end interface is really user-friendly for the person who has to use it to manage products and orders.

And the front-end interface is solid too for the customer of the e-commerce.

Ecwid provide most of the tools I need to manage a small to mid-range e-commerce.

There are some little weaknesses with the "discount management system" (nothing unsolvable, but not as smooth as the rest of the product).

The best part is that you can test Ecwid for free and test most of the features on the Instant Site (a free website generated by Ecwid) or on your own website (typically a Wordpress website).

And I've spent a lot of time with the Help Support (usually via a chat, sometimes via email), and honestly, their support team is AMAZING, they are really competent. None of my question remained unanswered. I've found some bugs, and they worked to solve them in days, maybe weeks in the worst case.

No e-commerce if perfect. Most of them are awful. And Ecwid is definitely the best choice for me in 2021-2022.

Complete disaster site would not load properly ended cancelling and going with a different provider

We are using ECWID for last 4 years and i must say this is the best Ecommerce store in the market. It has very powerful features and very friendly user interface. The mobile app works very efficiently and the most important part is the customer service , they are super fast to respond to any queries by email.
I highly recommend ECWID to any start- up or even established business!

Edit 2022: STILL NO SUPPORT - Beware UK sellers using Ecwid. This eCommerce platform charges VAT on Royal Mail for deliveries from the UK and to anywhere else using Royal Mail. This is completely incorrect - Royal Mail is a flat fee.

You can't even recover the funds to return to the customer. This is poor for UK sellers, which makes think - are Ecwid committing HMRC VAT or tax fraud in the UK?

Any positive review is probably fake..I ordered something from a seller using their platform..never received anything..only to turn out (from my credit card company) that the address was a parking lot..So buyer beware of a platform that doesn't do any basic checks.

I created my first website on ecwid a year ago. It literally took me 2 days to finish the website (I have good experience in this). Ecwid platform is super easy for non experienced dudes looking for an easy and fast way to start your ecommerce business.

Very poor customer support. I was the business plan subscriber of ecwid. they suspend my account without any notification. I asked ecwid whats my fault was they simply said "Ecwid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Products and Services for any reason, with or without notice."

They allow fraudulent sellers to set up shop on their site and take no responsibility for the theft that takes place using their payment portal
