I have bought something from pink pepper but got wrong product. Please help me. My whole money got wasted.

ECWID launched and saved my business. I started on ECWID and was selling a lot of product. But I realized there were so many more apps and integrations compatible with Shopify. I migrated to Shopify and got no sales. I also lost money because they can't really calculate shipping based on the size of the box, like ECWID. I decided to go back to ECWID. They kept my account, and I used the same migration company. It was easy to go back. I was all set up and I started getting sales again, especially from Ebay. Somehow they manage to categorize the products correctly, while there was Zip on Shopify.

I never realized how important the shipping calculation was until I didn't have it. Ecwid also has a built in feature that allows your clients to upload their photos for my personalized products.

I realized ECWID was the better deal, with so many built in features that I had to pay for in Shopify. My sales are increasing, so I am assuming the SEO is better.

It took a mistake like migrating out of this platform to appreciate what I was missing. Their iPhone app, to enter products is so easy to use also.

The other thing I liked is that the menu is better, and when you display a category with subcategories they appear under the category.

Anyway I can't say enough about how good ECWID has been for my small business. I would highly recommend it.

I have been very happy at Ecwid. They provide a great storefront experience for my customers. I do not like seeing other people leaving bad reviews because they do not get sales because Ecwid is not a marketing service, they simply provide a shop for you to sell your products.

Terrible customer support, terrible features non existent halp.

They tell you the service is free you setup the website and everything's fine, then they ask you to upgrade for simple things like linking a domain name ? Like why would I have a website with .mycompany.com? Don't say it's free when it's not, be transparent with customers rather than forcing them.

I was set up with Ecwid by my bank and was strung along to believe services were adequate for my business I paid for upgraded plan which didn’t work no one could place orders and customer service assured me everything was working but wasn’t a lot of bs go to go daddy

Horrendous.

I had to pay to understand whether they'd be able to fit my needs. As much information as they have available, they give you just enough to make you think they can do it, only to realise they can't.

E.g. Appointment booking. You can have a date picker on your product, HOWEVER there is no option to make yourself unavailable. As a baker, this is crucial to my business needs.

I paid £42 for a month subscription, cancelled within 2hrs as I know I don't want another month, and they have revoked all business access. So I essentially paid £42.00 for 2hrs of access.

Horrific way to treat people and a sure fire way to ensure they never ever return

free to use ecommerce, hard to find out there. Good interface and easy to use, and if you want to upgrade, there are many plans to choose from. You can just what's best for you.

I’ve used Ecwid and I love the platform itself. Everything is so simplified it’s insane. I love how you have different options to choose shipping carriers, to be able to put in so many different variants. It’s a pretty open e-commerce gateway. But others tend to think there’s not enough. I’m not saying it’ll be for everyone but it works just fine for me.

Ecwid is a complete waste of time

I have been using Ecwid since October 2020 for my online store, and all I can say is, wow! Easy to use, affordable (and a free option if starting off). Looks professional, many templates to select from. The platform integration with other programs such as Facebook, Instagram and local payment options make it an easy setup to manage effectively and easily. The App is my favorite feature as I can manage my store right from my phone. Highly recommended 👌👍

I moved to ecwid from virtuemart. Its very easy to use, the backend is great, very easy to use. Fits into my joomla website easy. If you need help the customer support are very good. The products and checkout process is great. Recapture abandoned checkouts and track your visitor numbers.
