I placed an order, received an email (1 week ago)saying they were contacting shipping partners and will confirm order shortly and I will not be charged until order is confirmed. I have been charged, and not received any confirmation on order despite sending email follow ups to the emails they recommend at customercare, shop. Total scam

Not only was my order delayed, but when I received my order, they sent me the wrong team shirt and now I can’t order another one before the day I needed it by. They offered for me to keep the shirt at 50% off, but I have no use of it considering it’s a completely different team than I ordered.

I ordered Shoes for my Niece, on the Editorialist website. Later, I received an Email stating "We've received your order, we really appreciate it. We're now contacting our shipping partners and will confirm your order shortly. You won't be charged until your order has been confirmed."
Four hours later I received another Email stating "We’re writing to provide you with a quick update regarding your order. The specific piece you selected is currently unavailable from the original store. Should we be unable to locate the item within 48 hours, your order will be canceled, and any payment made will be released within 5-7 business days".
The Shoes were Unavailable and the Company would try to find the Shoes from another Merchant. I waited and never heard anything back from the Company. My Money was taken out of my Bank Account and the Shoes were never shipped. I wrote to the Company SEVERAL times inquiring about my Order. I eventually asked for the Order to be Cancelled and a Refund issued. They have sent me several Email responses that seem to be written by AI. I have not received the Shoes or my Refund. I also tried calling their Company but was not successful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, AND THERE IS NO COMPANY PHONE NUMBER ONLY AN EMAIL.
UPDATE: I notified my Bank, and my Bank assured me they would handle it. Later that day after they were contacted by my Bank, I received an Email from Editorialist with an apology and my refund issued. My advice is to contact the proper Authorities if you feel like you are being taken advantage of, or cheated out of your hard earned money. The Company asked me to change my review on TRUSTPILOT..BUT I WILL NOT CHANGE THIS REVIEW, BECAUSE IT'S THE TRUTH!!

I don’t t even want to leave one star I ordered 2 dresses and they do not fit I want to return them. They sent me a link for a return label that totally does not work and I’ve emailed at least 3 times and pleaded for them to send me a return label directly to my email and no response.. this is horrible and disgusting behavior I’m being ripped off for over $360 how dare they do this my order # is 36853778 and I want a return label so I can send this order back like they claimed I could return. They do t respond probably so they get through the small window of returns. They are a fraudulent and scamming thrives

For some reason my order of a Fendi belt duplicated. I received two. I'm on the site trying to file a return, but the option does not exist under my order screen. I can see both orders, there's a link for return policy, but no option to actually return. Of course there is no phone number I can call for help becomes companies don't believe in humans anymore. One issue after another with this process...

Had a slight hiccup with my order (ordered something on Cyber Monday) and my order was canceled by mistake, customer support was on it right away and were a pleasure to work with. If you get June, you will not have any issues (Thanks June!). Would order from them again, no hesitation.

Their order support seemed very personalized. I was contacted to verify the delivery address because the zip code didn't match the address and I needed to correct it.
Then the product wasn't available where I ordered it. They found the identical.product at another store very quickly and didn't even charge me for the additional cost!!!
Everything was handled very quickly!!!

Never deal with a company that you cannot reach by phone! I was sent an email that my order item was unavailable & that I could cancel, So I emailed cancel, as requested. A few hours later I get another email saying item was in stock. Plus the cost was more than buying direct from Bloomingdales. So no go with this on line retailer ever again.

I have order my package about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received any updates on when the arrival of my package will be. The last email I had gotten was an email saying my order was confirmed after it supposedly was “out of stock” there’s no information on how to cancel this order, nor any updates on when I will received my package. I would highly not recommend as their responsiveness to orders is very poor and im extremely upset as I got scammed out of my 50 dollars. Very un happy and I hope to hear a response soon about this.
