This platform delivers far less than its promise. The number of fake/scam profiles is unsatisfactory and the administrators do not perform validity checks before permitting communication between users. In addition the number of users from out of region shouldn't be classified as matches. I'm extremely disappointed.

I like seeing the photos so I wonder why some guys don't post any at all? Do you tell them they have more chance of success with art least one pic?

I wish it was easier to access my sent likes & see who has read them or not. Then I know if I should follow up with another message or not.

Maybe you could create some standard, brief responses such as "Thank you for your message, I'll respond in more detail later" or "Thank you for your message. Sorry I'm not available at this time".

DO NOT join this website. Their subcsription price is astronomical and my CC was charged without me knowing. I would encourage. In the chat Austin said he would have a specialist look at reimbursement for me, and then the email said 2 minutes later that it's too bad for me , we got your money, and we don't care. There is a better, cheaper, more ethical way to find a date . This is a fraudulent company. My lawyer is already looking into it.

I like that people are here to find a serious relationship. I also like it when eHarmony emails me informing me that they have removed someone for reasons they went against policies. I also appreciate eHarmony's prompt replies to my questions. Members please verify your profile.

I have been having issues since the moment I mistakenly signed up. They weren't willing to be accommodating, which is a different issue, but if you have any problem, you better hope they have a template to directly answer you with. You cannot speak to anyone physically - email only.

I was bombarded for weeks to make a payment because they chose not to use my card on file after I made a complaint to my bank. They didn’t inform me of this and I was sent invoices in varying currencies sporadically saying it was my error, but they refused to answer any of my questions directly to clarify what was going on. On top of this, when they sent me a link to use an alternative payment method, I emailed them asking why the payment amount on the link wasn't the same as the invoice (with screenshots) and I didn’t get a direct response for a week and a half. Just nonsensical templates. I finally sent a pointed email saying that I’ve had enough and asked if I needed to seek legal representation so I can get a response and pay. I also said that I needed a Manager’s response with direct written responses.

Today I paid off the remaining balance of the full subscription because I was threatened that I was going to have to because it was my fault that payments weren’t made, and I hadn’t responded to them within 14 days of my invoice. Yes, according to them, all of the previous correspondence I had just mentioned didn’t happen and it was my fault. I responded to the agent, Fabriana, telling her the real facts and asked her to read all of the attached conversations I had with proof of our correspondence. I also requested that their outrageous business practices and treatment of me be acknowledged and apologized for. Her response was essentially “thank you for your payment”. Disgusting.

This situation was a nightmare, and I’ll be happy to provide an update if they do the right thing and acknowledge their mistake so that they can be a better business (and people) and not do this to other people. Never in my life have I had someone so eager to take money from me, but refuse to help me so that I can do so, and then tell me it’s my fault. Unreal.

I paid the full subscription which is minimum that you can take is 6 months. After scrolling through the profiles I realized that there were less than ten profiles in my area (Ottawa-Gatineau) and most haven’t been online in over a month. After two days no one has even seen my profile yet. I tried to get my money back but I get no reply from customer service. Just a very bad experience. Beware.

Well I was hoping to see someone that had sent me a like but when i got in you had banned them from site so i am not sure why but anyway you are trying to protect the people paying for this service.

i think EH keeps their promises i,am a little concerned about the different prices quoted to renew membership, it seems you are forcing members to commit to 2years , not every one can commit for that long, I maybe interested in i year not two,

I just finished my degree, thought I'd try a dating app now that I have some free time, meet that special girl.

Well, after like an hour of set up, all I got were blurred pictures (you have to pay to see people?) and all of the matches were 1000s of miles away. It's like they don't understand Canada is big.

As soon as you decide to cancel your subscription? You still can send any contact, but responses stop. They make your page still under review.
You're kind of blocked in the other side.
Think twice before you cancel your subscription.
Heaven for scammers too. You report with evidence. CC don't even reply.
