I found a "better" quality person tends to use this site ( sorry, hate the language, ) maybe more mature ?

60% of the matches have no pictures
30% are bots
SCAMMERS
Been emailing them 4 times already to try to cancel they been ignoring me the whole time. !! I am going to make the worst publicity ever till they cancel my account RIDICULOUS

Excellent profile management. Payments only debited to my account monthly; eg. Match took a 2 year payment all as once, I felt like I was being robbed.

eHarmony has created a program that allows the individual client to feel safe. Their clients are allowed to learn about other individuals of compatible profiles and given a safe venue in which to communicate.

No, I can’t judge yet. I just signed up. I’m new to this site as long as it’s gonna let me see the messages browse the people and I have no problem signing in then I will leave on an opinion later on when I get used to this site.

I DO BELIEVE AT LEAST ONE PICTURE SHOULD BE MANDATORY (actually more pictures usually means more serious). I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF THE CANDIDATE IS WILLING TO RELOCATE. Eharmony is a scam!!! There were no eligible people they were bots. And They also dupe you into a subscription and when you try to cancel they wont let you

I noticed the customer service care is accomodating and accepting of my information even though I am not familiar with online dating. My English is not good. I speak different languages and it's difficult to understand English. Thank-you.

E-harmony is a very well put together dating site that I feel will meet my needs.

I was catfished twice! eHarmony does even review the people they sign up and when you let them know they blow you off. I guess they make enough money. Don't waste your time

I’m originally from Japan but spent most of my adult life in Europe — about 25 years in total. I lived 20 years in Belgium, 3 years in Paris, and 2 years in London. After finishing university in Japan, I started working in the airline industry and have been in it for over 25 years now. It’s been an exciting journey that’s taken me around the world and given me a deep appreciation for different cultures.

I’m very disappointed with my experience on eHarmony.
I accidentally purchased a 24-month subscription and contacted customer care within less than an hour to explain the mistake and request a cancellation. Despite addressing the issue immediately and not meaningfully using the service, eHarmony has refused to release me from the 23 remaining payments — over $800 total — citing rigid terms and conditions.

I understand the importance of clear policies, but I expected a company built around human connection and support to show empathy and flexibility when genuine mistakes happen, especially when flagged right away.

Instead, I’ve been met with cold, scripted responses and no willingness to resolve a situation that will cause real financial strain. This experience has been disheartening and frustrating — I would caution others to be very careful before clicking anything on this platform, as they lock you into long-term plans with no room for correction, even for immediate errors.

I truly regret signing up and hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision.
