Very responsive customer service assistance. I have been making monthly purchases from eJuiceDB for several years. Anytime that I have had an issue or problem with an order, their team has worked to resolve the matter quickly and fairly. Impressive responsive customer service ! This makes them a company worthy of doing business with.

I had a issue with a product and the customer service representative was amazing they helped me and was given a full refund I was a little sad that I couldn’t get a replacement because it wasn’t available but was able to get the refund I will be placing another order soon

First let me say the shipping was fast, much faster than most places i have used. I reached out to customer service, since there was an issue with my juice, and they were quick to respond every time through out our conversation. They were awsome at helping me get everything fixed and were very understanding. So if you like fast shipping, great customer service, and fair prices this is a great company to order from.

Great products at the best price I have found anywhere. Shipments have arrived timely and exactly as ordered. PLUS, Customer service is outstanding!! I placed an order and wanted to change a couple items. I emailed them and received a response very quickly and they took care of what I was asking for without question. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to purchase my products through them.

I was sent the wrong item so I emailed explaining this and was told to email them a picture which I did. I talked to the sweetest lady named Evelyn ( shout out to Evelyn ) who returned my email in less than an hour and we worked out the issue within minutes. We did email back and forth a few times and Evelyn returned my emails right away. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I received an item that did not work.
I sent an email with a video and received instant help! The fastest customer service response I've ever received! My issue was resolved within an hour and I could not be more pleased with the help I was given! Awesome company! Lifetime customer!

Very fast shipping and high quality products. On this last order, they forgot one of my vapes….i messaged them and they had it resolved very quickly and will be sending the vape out. Items are packaged well and website is user friendly. Definitely my favorite vendor to buy from.

So this is a great company.. I have bought vapes from them for awhile. And yesterday was the first time I had an issue with a vape. It was leaking. I reached out to customer service and not even 24 hours and they are sending me a replacement! They are just awesome I have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone!

Customer service was quick and attentive when I emailed them about my missing items. Within a day they sent out replacement items. I have bought from this website multiple times and this was the first time items were missing so I don't hold that against them. Pretty good website to buy from overall.

Ordered about 20 items from the store and all but one arrived perfect. When I had reached out to support about on of the items being damaged the issue was resolved in under 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the items and the support 15/10 would recommend and will be ordering from here exclusively you’d be a fool not to.

I bought a box of 5 Foger vapes, when I opened the first one, it smelled and tasted awful, second, same thing. BUT I emailed and Evelyn was awesome and gave me a full store credit for my purchase. This is the 1st time I’ve had an issue so I’m confident it was the vendor and not eJuice! One happy customer!
