I’ve ordered a few times with this company and have only received a wrong order once. What I ordered vs what I received were so close in name and i understand mistakes happen. Evelyn was great in promptly replying and fixing the issue and having a new order sent out within one day of the mistake! Great site and customer service

I had a problem navigating the website and an associate helped me through the process and was very patient and understanding. The persistence she showed in making sure my problem was solved was amazing.

I placed my first order and received it within 5 days! When I opened my order, I received 3 wrong flavors! Errors happen and the box colors of what I ordered verse what I received were so dang close!
I emailed customer support last evening and they responded back first thing in the morning! They have already shipped me the correct flavors!
Their customer support was very helpful and quick to resolve my issue! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I completely messed up my shipping address and didn't notice until my order was placed. I got ahold of customer service and they got back to me within a couple hours, and they straightened everything out for me!
