Amazing customer support. Great company.

I made a purchase at 3:00 a.m. only to realize that my city and state r reflected my previous address. I emailed them and their response was immediate. By 7:00 a.m. the situation was resolved. Rarely have I gotten such an immediate response and expedited resolution.

I have doing business with this group a little over a year. They process their orders quickly and I get them consistently in less than a week. They only have made only made one error but fixed it within 24 hours. Exceptional customer service. My go to shop!!

This company shorted me one vape from a recent order. There is no phone number to call, only email. Their customer service is poor. I guess I need to initiate a charge back with my bank. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I would rate as 0 if that was possible Placed order on eJuiceDB website, didn't receive confirmation but payment was processed. Eventually received order and saw that order was placed with another of their affiliated companies. I received product but not before initiating a transaction dispute with my bank. Support was ridiculous and they "no longer" offer phone support. I will be making sure all my vaping friends avoid this company.

I am very careful about purchasing online. I will definitely use them going forward. The shipping was the fastest I've ever had. There are other sites where they may be a few dollars cheaper but after you add in taxes, shipping, and fees trust me it's cheaper. The vapes are legitimate and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I order 10-15 from this site every month. Best pricing, always quick shipping. I’ve tried other sites and sometimes the shipping takes forever, and random times they won’t be delivered due to the courier being required to see an ID. I like that I can take care of that beforehand. Products are always consistent, other sites the same product might vary in quality. Out of all of the very many times I have ordered from here, I have only ever had my order be incorrect ONCE, and Missy immediately resolved the issue. The correct order was already being shipped by the time I saw the email reply. Other sites make you send back the incorrect product first before replacing, very inconvenient. Missy was beyond helpful and I will always order from here!

Ive ordered many times from them and theyve given me nothing but flawless, timely, and quality service and that can be hard to find these days so I gotta give the credit where its due.

I ordered Elfbar pi9000 the flavors are not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. The vape is perfect and smooth. I will be ordering this product again. Customer Service is the best I have ever encountered with a vape company. I ordered after 3 on Tuesday, I live in Florida, the products were on my doorstep Friday morning at 10 am. Not only did I find a favorite vape, I found my favorite online company to order from.

I placed an order from ejuiceDB, it was easy to do online, they have everything I needed at the best prices I've found online, I only had to spend $85 for free shipping, I had a few concerns due to the snow storm in my city and called customer service which I got immediately through to Evelyn who not only helped me she was extremely pleasant and courteous, I have no problem saying I will stay with this company, absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere, don't miss out on this one.
