We had our email hacked and we were unable to get information from our account with Elavon.
Their service was prompt and seemless, many thanks to all

Charged and then returned with a fee!

I ordered products from brinsea.co.uk and paid for them. The money was deducted from my account, but the payment was returned with a currency conversion fee. Afterwards I was advised to try paying via PayPal, but again the money was taken and the payment was returned with an error: “PayPal returned an error, please try a different card.”

The payment gateway is completely unusable. I tried many times, with the same result

Transaction Error

We had an unfortunate issue with the transactions on our card machines. Majella was supportive, patient, thorough, and communicative during the whole process. Thanks again to the customer service team.

Infinite loop of automatic answering

I was directed to the customer call number to make changes to my account, but the automatic answering takes you in a repeated infinite loop that never connects to anything.
Seems like a very convenient way to make it exceptionally hard to cancel or change your service with them, which is just deceptive.
