I ordered 4 different bracelets for Christmas. Two for my granddaughters one for my daughter and one for my sister.
I am so pleased with all 4 , I know they will love them . You can see the photos when you hold close like looking through a peephole . They processed in a timely manner and communication was excellent

The picture of my girls is beautiful in it. Only question I have on the type of bracelet that I got I’m using as a diabetic bracelet as well. It has my name and diabetic on it, but it keeps falling off. Is there a way you could add a Safety connection or something?

I bought the bracelets for granddaughters. They are a lot more substantial than another brand I purchased, which I was not able to return and have a sturdier bracelet attached. love these.

Very disappointed with end product. I truly cannot see my deceased husband’s picture and was hoping to give this as a gift to my daughter.
Was in communication (via email only) with company. They all but told me to stand on my head with a flashlight facing tiny hole.
This is a startup company. They started on Etsy.
As a startup they need to be more empathetic with customers.
No refund allowed. So I have a junk necklace with a tiny “stone” - that’s it. No photo visible to 20/20 vision customer.

I bought this as a birthday present for my father in law who just lost his dad. This was the perfect most sentimental gift you could give someone! The quality was great and the customer service was excellent! I received notifications regarding my order every step of the way! 10/10 I would definitely recommend this company!

I ordered the bracelet in black & silver. It is so beautiful & the picture of my dog brought me to tears. It is so nice.

I ordered the photo projection necklace and it is great. The quality is great, it looks nice and the actual projection is so cool. The customer service is great, they constantly emailed me shipping updates.

Very good communication throughout the process and am very happy with the bracelet.

They took my money and have not sent my bracelet. I have tried to get information and nothing. They have scammed me and it is disgusting since the bracelet was for my dog who passed. Total scam

I ordered two bracelets and a gift box from this company two weeks ago. I received one response from them regarding the status of my items which to this day remain in curing. That was that my order was somehow stuck in customs despite the fact that the company is located in Spokane, WA and I am in Oregon. When I sent three follow up messages for more clarity I received no response. I was refunded for priority shipping but no other action including a basic courtesy reply has been given. I even texted the number they provide but alas, no reply and no updates on shipping even on the shop app. I am skeptical at the reviews here at this point considering many of them have very similar language. My recommendation is to research the reviews on here and also check out the unresolved disputes on the Better Business Bureau website before ordering from this company. Sad for a company that specializes in personalized gifts.

I finally received the bracelets and gift box I ordered after multiple emails and a complaint to the better business bureau. That said they blamed USPS once again, which seems to me their go to built in excuse for everything. Once USPS had my order I received it very quickly. The bracelets themselves are decent. If you do a picture that has any image on the very edge of the preview circle just know that part is going to get cut off.

But having said all that I will not be changing my review. I will not recommend this product to anyone. The company prides itself on its' excellent communication but every response to their customer is already short-keyed and not at all personal. They never once responded to anything specific I asked. I also don't believe they are making these bracelets in Spokane in the residential house their business is run out of. I'm sure they will deny it. They might piece together the image charm but it seems highly likely they get the jewelry from somewhere else.

My grandmother recently passed away and, as a memorial, I bought bracelets to remember her and my grandfather for myself and the rest of the grandchildren.

Pros: Very easy ordering process. It was easy to upload and place photos. They have a decent selection of jewelry to choose from, and is one of the few retailers who have a double photo bracelet.

Cons: Terrible communication after they have your money. Though an email response is promised the next business day, it has been multiple business days since I last tried to contact them with no response. I have gotten mixed messages, with one rep saying that my jewelry is curing, while another saying that it has been delivered to USPS. While the jewelry curing process says it only takes 2-3 days, it has now been over 5 days since my order was marked as curing on the tracker.

I am so disappointed. This was going to be such a meaningful gift at my grandmother's memorial. And, frankly, Elegant Eternity ruined a piece of it. Do not trust them with the memory of your loved ones.

I placed an order for a bracelet and a gift box on July 8th. The next day I received a message stating that it was missing a picture upload.
After some back and forth messaging and another upload of my picture, they tell me that I ordered 2 bracelets. (Which I did not). After waiting and checking the status of my order, it was always on “Hold”.
Keep in mind that their customer service sucks. There is no phone number to call and inquire about your order, just an email which creates a “ticket”. And the response is always a day or two later.
On July 25, Samantha W., a customer service representative finally stated that they would cancel and refund my order. Well, I did get the email that they cancelled the order, however it is August 7th now and I have received no refund.
I will be calling my credit card company and making a claim in the morning.
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT waste your money with this company that treats you like a doormat.

Best Gift Ever! I purchased this gift for my mother-in-law. When she finally realized there was a picture inside, she cried. The picture was of her two sons. She lost one of them to cancer a few years ago. I knew this was the perfect gift because she would have them with her always. I said Best Gift Ever because that is exactly what she said while she was crying. This company was extremely easy to shop & purchase from. They emailed me every step of the way. The promptness and quality was amazing. I would recommend Elegant Eternity to everyone.

The product was good and the communication of the team progress was great. Creation time and shipping was efficient and effective. It was a Fathers Day gift and my dad loved it.

Bought a bracelet as a gift, and it was perfect. The picture was very clear, and the company did a wonderful job at keeping me informed about where the product was in the production/shipping schedule. Great experience, and I would definitely recommend!
