Just got my red silk dress in the mail today - their turn around time is exactly 2 months. The length of wait is not the problem, but the lack of communication during that entire time is anxiety-inducing. They need better customer service! I emailed a month in, just to make sure the dress is going to arrive in time for my wedding. After a few emails over a few weeks without reply, I facebook messaged, to no avail. Today, I got a DHL notice for the delivery with no previous warning. Give the price of the dress ($300), the quality is just okay - I've had better for much less. The dress is well-made, but somehow fits large all around, despite being a custom dress. Don't recommend this seller.

I bought the "Modern Cheongsam Silk Gradient Purple Qipao Dress" at elegente.com and had it custom made.

Positive: The dress fits like a glove, the colors are beautiful - even more beautiful than in the photo -, the seams are neatly processed - it is clearly handmade - and its made of mulberry silk. I also liked the fact that you could pay with Paypal.

Negative: The seller has been on holiday for a month because of the Chinese New Year, without announcing it on the site. After that, the dress was quickly made and delivered. In addition, shipping to the EU was very 'discreet'.
