I bought the subscription service and I didn't really know what to expect but the boxes are so lovely with goodies included. The sets are to die for, so beautiful and the quality is so good! You can choose your style or leave it as a surprise. Any problems or dealings I've had with the customer service team have been great, they're really responsive and follow up. Great customer service. I love the concept - having a set each month is a nice gift to me and it takes away the thought process and agonising elements in stores looking for the right sizes for a set. The sets are realy pretty. The bottoms can come up small though and I would like to see more fabrics and different style thongs.

Lovely little treat for myself. I subscribed only two months ago and already find myself looking forward to my next monthly box. When I had a small issue with one of my boxes, the customer service team sorted the issue straight away & were extremely helpful. Some reviews say the quality is poor but I disagree & find the quality great. Beautiful pieces & brilliant customer service, overall a great company!

The customer service was excellent however the product itself was very disappointing as the sizing was completely off. Using their measurements chart I was a 32D but when it arrived it was clear the cup was too small so I asked for the next size up, 32 DD but this appeared to be the same size as the 32D. I then went up to a size 32F taking into account the difference in sizes was small. What I received was again the same size as the 32D but labelled 32F, no difference in size at all even though I’d gone up 4 sizes. Really disappointing, I had the cancel the subscription

Really lovely lingerie and excellent quality in design and fabric, my wife adores the variety of designs and loves the surprises each month.

The overall quality is very poor. The bra straps are like shoestrings, and the stitching on the underwear is already coming apart at the sides. I can’t imagine the underwear would survive more than one or two machine washes without falling apart.

The material itself is soft, but the manufacturing and overall construction are the biggest issues. The sizing is also completely off: the underwear is much larger than I would expect compared to other brands I usually buy from, while the bra was miles too small, even though I sized up in the cup to be on the safe side.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality, construction and inconsistent sizing. I wouldn’t recommend this brand or encourage anyone to purchase from them. Very, very poor quality and definitely not worth it.

Ordered two weeks ago, company were happy to take the money but then I heard nothing. Followed up a week later asking for an order update. Mary C said that my order has been shipped. Zero tracking information or numbers have been given to me. A week later I have been emailing asking for updates and just want my money back. No number to speak to anyone and emails being ignored by the info@ email. Complete scam, do not buy from this company!

Although the bottoms come up smaller than normal UK sizes they are stunning
When I did have sizing issues it was sorted straight away with a new size sent out and discount code for next box

So I posted a 5 star review based upon ordering and Aftersales, the fantastic customer service from Summer and her team, and the speedy delivery and beautiful packaging.
Well, my wife opened her “gifts” and she (and I!) are delighted. The two sets are both stunning - exquisite, in fact. The fit is perfect and true to her size (34D and small). But the sets are very classy, very pretty with fine detail and beautifully made. Absolutely no imperfections.
My wife is picky and, more often than not, when I’ve bought lingerie in the past she’s found my choices a little on the tacky side. Absolutely not the case here - she loves both sets.
I will absolutely be purchasing again from Elia Boutique…some Christmas shopping will be sorted early this year!

Really disappointed with this subscription.

The underwear itself isn’t particularly good quality and the sizing seems really off. The postage also states 2–3 days, but I’ve been waiting almost a week just for my latest order to even be dispatched. The first set I ordered took nearly 3 weeks to arrive!

What I find particularly ridiculous is that if you decide to cancel, you’re still expected to pay the full price. I’ve ended up paying £50 for one set of underwear that looks cheap and is poorly sized. For that price, I expected a much better quality product and service.

Unfortunately, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this subscription. The quality, sizing, delivery times and cancellation policy just don’t justify the cost.

My husband purchased an absolutely gorgeous underwear set from Elia as a gift for me. Unfortunately due to having breast cancer a few years back, one of my breasts is slightly smaller, so sadly the bra didn’t fit.
When my husband asked how to return it, they asked for a reason. When he gave them the reason they sent a really lovely email to him and told him not to bother returning the items and to look out for a little gift in the post!

I was absolutely bowled over when I received a beautiful silk dressing gown in a slate grey colour. Not only did I receive this but they sent me about six or seven little samples of beauty cream, perfumes and make-up….
I can’t explain how this made me feel. I was so touched by their generosity and kindness. They even sent it with a little handwritten note from themselves. This is a company that go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are actually fantastic value and the quality is beautiful too. I fully recommend using this company.

Outstanding customer service!
I only recently discovered this company and have had issues with sizing, staff have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions in order to get this rectified.
From the subscription boxes themselves to the support provided, the level of care and thought at every stage is extremely high. It's refreshing to find a company that truly show they value their customers!

I recieved my first bra and knicker set today . They are very pretty and i cant wait to build my collection. They are definitely for private and not time spent on a girls trip as very revealing. I feel the support is there . Not yet tried on the breifs but they look of a good qualityqnd very pretty. The hair scrunchie was too big for me . Used the face mask it was a lovely treat . Not too harsh on the skin and smelt devine . Will have the evening tea shortly .
