Very good customer service

Our order was delivered faster than we expected

We had a difficult space to fill in our kichen and the wine rack ( full of wine ) looks perfect

Everything about Elite Wine is excellent, from friendly, expert advice, to sorting out any problems easily over the phone. Superb service!

a) Info was communicated both effectively and in a timely manner.
b) Customer service was excellent.
c) Product arrived on promised date.
d) Product shipping packaging was of a very high standard.

The purchase process, online, was smooth and quick. I made a mistake in the delivery address, flagged it immediately to customer service and the response was prompt and reassuring. The delivery to Ireland was quick and hassle free.

Danielle was fantastic in her help when placing an order and living in the North of Scotland I thought delivery would be an issue? Far from it, she called me and went over things regarding delivery and even though there was an additional charge for rural delivery it was worth it. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Amazing experience. Fridge was coming from Sweden so 7-10 day delivery time, but Danielle located one in the UK and shortened that time. Service and price was exceptional but the former was important to me and they were great. I'd use them everytime! Well recommended.

One star off is perhaps my own ignorance, but the fridge has a capacity of 200+ bottles but only comes with shelves to accommodate 100+ bottles! Pretty annoying that I will now need to buy more shelves

We ordered the Swiss cave wine fridges and we are very happy with them. We are based in the Channel Islands and delivery was organised by Danielle. The process was very easy.

I was a bit hesitant to start with, never having dealt with this company but I need not have been. They were very responsive and even guided me away from something they easily could have sold! All of the team proved efficient, delightful to deal with and the delivery was made on-time by a very good firm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on this experience

The service was great, from my first interaction online, to a visit to the showroom, culminating in the installation in our kitchen. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

Really good customer service - responsive and informed on the website, then a personal email address available after order. There were lots of special requests I needed which were all met easily. And they even provided a giant bow as it was a present. Also an excellent delivery and installing service. Exceptional.

The product is great but delivery info needs better communication between Elite and Bishops Gate.
The Elite email said delivery would be after 8am. I was woken (along with my neighbour) at 6.45am by BG.
Hence 4 stars instead of 5

Before you buy , call and confirm if item is in stock, otherwise you will pay and following day you will get a email stating its out of stock , after you will have to chase them as they wont give you any updates. we had to wait nearly four weeks.

The team were great to deal with, guiding us through selecting the best option for our needs.
Delivery was swiftly arranged and the delivery team were super.
Our cooler is now up and running with the contents in a much better place.

Excellent product. Kept me informed throughout the process. Delivery guys were exceptional - carried up the stairs to my flat and fully installed the item where it now sits happily humming away. Highly recommended.
