Elite were great. They answered lots of questions before I bought - the chat function gets you a very nice person not a bot - and their technical lead gave me a really helpful, detailed answer to a question about operation when I bought.

They were no more expensive than anyone else and I feel my money bought me a service, not just a transaction.

Although it's a website, you very quickly get the feeling that there are actually people behind it who genuinely care about you as a customer. Invaluable support and advice before making a purchase, a delivery experience which actually matched the wonderful sales process and an after sales service of which I feel any other business would be envious. It really doesn't get any better than this. I would recommend this business without a moment's hesitation.

Lovely people, great products, and an excellent service.

Easy to use website. Once ordered good personalised communication about the delivery. Received email with 3 hour delivery slot and they arrived in that time with call before they arrived with updated delivery time. Respectfull and friendly delivery men who removed all packaging and explained about leaving the fridge to stand until it settled. Good quality fridge exactly as described. Very happy all round!

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the plug/adapter for my new wine fridge, but Callum responded quickly and resolved everything in just a few emails (and on a Saturday at that!). Thanks to their prompt help, I had my wine fridge up and running in time for Christmas. I highly recommend purchasing from them – I'm happy with the product, and the responsive support improved it!

Wanted a Wine Fridge for my husband for Christmas. Needed it to store wine and beer. I also wanted to go and see one in person. The team in Saltney were great . I received a warm reception, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The fridge is perfect. The guys who delivered and installed it were also great . An absolute brilliant service, would highly recommend. We even got a big bow on it . Thank you
