The website was easy to navigate - delivery went as promised. I was kept informed from the moment I booked. The wine cooler is fantastic - although I have just filled it with wine - I will see how the dual temp works and add to my review in tghe future.

Excellent from start to finish. Their website is easy to use with loads of relevant information to help you choose the best fridge. Checkout is a breeze with Apple Pay (and I assume other payment methods as you prefer). Received a confirmation and delivery details the same day. Extremely responsive on emails.

Delivery was outstanding. It was provided by a third party called Bishopsgate and they were excellent. They quite obviously had good training on delivering and installing wine fridges. They called ahead with a time, were very courteous and polite. Delivered in to the kitchen, unpacked, moved in to position, door handle fitted, fridge levelled, and all ready to go before they took all the packaging away. Advised on waiting at least 12hrs before switching it on which is correct.

Very efficient from ordering though to delivery. Initial queries were dealt with promptly by Cherry and delivery was handled very professionally by Bishopsgate Logistics who arrived within advised timescale on the day. Excellent service throughout.

Ordered a wine cooler and beer cooler from Elite Wine Refrigeration. The process was very easy and Hayley has been very helpful throughout including helping order an additional shelf after delivery.

Hayley and Cherry were brilliant - I needed a specific fridge with a short lead time and they sorted me out and made sure we got it earlier than expected! Superb all around. (Great fridge too!)

Well made equipment quick delivery reasonable price

You helped expedite my delivery after Arrow XL failed to put the item on the truck and turned up at my house without it. Delivery was made next day despite Arrow suggesting that they wouldn't be able to re-arrange for 72 hours.
