The "support" is like living in a very bad sitcom!
I received a backpack from EliteX Training, and at first sight it looked amazing and arrived super fast! I was excited!
That excitement went away when I used to backpack in a little rain. Would call it medium rain. I used an umbrella, but the backpack is quite deep, so it was not covered 100% all time. I was not worried, because this is the last statement from their website:
"💪 Waterproof and resilient. Lasting protection in the most extreme conditions. Made of 600D Oxford material."
WATERPROOF, LASTING PROTECTION IN THE MOST EXTREME CONDITION! I don't know about you, but a little rain is not extreme for me😅 I was luck that I had clothes around my computer, because the water went right through!
I wrote the support email a month ago (23-01-23), and didn't receive an answer before I sent a follow up a week after (they claim that their average response time is 2 business days. I doubt that). I receive an answer the day after! Finally! Not the answer I expected though! They just told me that it seems like I received my backpack the 11th of January. Which was correct, but not the reason I wrote them 🤣
So, I wrote them once again and attached the email I sent 2 weeks+ prior (31-01-23). No surprise, no answer. Followed up a week after (07-02-23). Started a new email thread the 12th Feb, since I still didn't receive an answer. The day after I got an answer explaining that the backpack is NOT as waterproof as they claim on the website! No solution though. I answer the same day and ask how they plan to solve this problem.
This Tuesday I decided to fire up the old thread again after 2 weeks with no answer. I received an answer the same day! That they are sorry, and will correct the website (which they didn't), but no solution to the problem. I answer same day and ask about the solution to my problem. SAME DAY I GOT ANOTHER ANSWER! I didn't believe it! Two answers in one day!
They suggested I change the backpack to another color which as better water protection. I'm still waiting for the link to this model. Either they have different product qualities in the same category (which I think, since they only have one type of 25L backpack) or the backpack is on a hidden link (not that likely) 😅

Btw, I don't want the other color. It's ugly!
They asked for this review themselves on email, I'm writing it as a new thread of communication. Maybe they answer here 🤣
But yeah, wouldn't recommend buying ANYTHING here!

SCAM
The law says there is no VAT charged in transactions between EU companies from different countries, when invoiced to a company with a valid VAT number, which is my case.
When buying, there is no option to this, so I had to pay the VAT and ask for my VAT money back, which they refused. So they charged me 10,45€ of VAT that they are not paying to their Govnmt. because they sent me an invoice with the full amount with VAT saying there is no VAT. They made me pay 10,45€ of VAT that they are not paying and are keeping for themselves, and gave me an invoice with no VAT. SCAM
