This was so disappointing. You people should be ashamed!! False advertising to the max. Enjoy your fraud money!! Not happy at all.

I regret deeply that I spent my money to buy on line three lamps from a fake, unreliable compamy !!! they just were disappered, No clear shipping tracking records could be found, assuming from China (why ??, supposed to be from California) It is definite a scam, unsure when I will be getting what I ordered (or refund my money), no their contact numers, they got the money but no follow-ups from them.

I would rate 0 if possible. I ordered two stain glass dogs for christmas gifts and never received. I have attempted to contact them numerous times with no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Cheap crap; not worthy of one star. A brass "desk lamp" in the picture, a 6"x 3" piece of plastic with the candle power of a night light.

Just received the ordered chi-lamp. It is NOT stained glass; it is poorly marker/pained plastic. I have seen better craftsmanship on a state fair stuffy! Return policy is a joke as well. DON'T fall for this scam!

If I could put a 0 i would. Stained glass lamps?? More like a 3 Inch plastic light. Please . If anyone out there is thinking about ordering from these rip off liers. Selling people crap. Don't do it.... just don't.

If there's an option for zero star, that's what I would give this company. Their product is plastic not stained glass. I will report them to business bureau for scamming people! So frustrating.

Terrible, the worst experience ever. They promote the delivery as UPS when it's no more than TEMU, which takes for ever to arrive, information they don't tell you in advance. The worst quality materials, opaque and cheap plastic, a LOT smaller size than shown on pictures, and the price, outrageous for what you get. Don't you fall on this scam. They shouldn't allow this business to operate.

They sent me the wrong product twice. Still charged me for more expensive product I never received, plus charging me for wrong product they sent to me twice. Don't trust companies when their promised deals are too good to be true. Don't buy from Ellie.seattle they are just a big fraud. At this point I'm just taking the loss, so I don't have to deal with them again.

I didn't buy anything thankfully. I looked at the 2 women and it looked AI generated and that made me suspicious plus I noticed 20k people bought handmade lamps that 2 sisters made??? Didn't make sense and sure enough, every review here is 1 star. I am surprised this company isn't be fined or shutdown. Buyers beware.

If I could leave less than one star I would! Like everyone else said, I paid $45 for stained glass and I got cheap plastic! When I asked to return it, I would’ve had to pay the postage to China!! They outright lie and say these older ladies are closing their business! I am so sorry I didn’t check reviews before ordering. That’s on me. But I’ve always liked to trust people, but I guess we can’t do that anymore in today’s world. So sad.

The lamp is not stained glass but cheap, painted plastic that is chipping.

I would never order from this business again. They charge 'alleged' discounted prices that are ridiculous. This lamp would be something you'd see at the Dollar Tree.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this place. I ordered two yorkie lamps based on what it looked like on the site. Do not believe the pics. What arrived was absolutely atrocious!!!!! Looked like something you would purchase at the dollar store. Too embarrassed to give to anyone. When you try to return, they make you ship to china with the cost being more than the item. I hope you read reviews unlike me 😥

I purchased 2 cat figures which were described and depicted as "table lamp" sized stained glass pieces of workmanship. What I received instead were two cat figures that looked like they came from either the dollar tree store or temu.
Upon arrival of my order, there was no glass in sight, just some hard either plastic or rubber miniature figurines. Of course I IMMEDIATELY wanted to send this garbage back and thats when I learned it was international shipping. The site does let you know youre responsible for return shipping but it doesnt mention anywhere that you would be shipping internationally. When I asked customer service to show me on the website where it mentions that shipping is international she said she couldnt because its not noted on the website, it just lists the lengthy delivery time. So i waited almost a month (feb 22-march 14) to receive these ugly pieces of garbage. As far as i can tell, everything listed on their website is lies, the site should be closed down or revamped with the truth and true depictions of what they are seĺling! I wish i could give them 0 stars, well i guess 1 star is cool because their customer service was very responsive.

Bought 2 dog lamps one arrived one did not, contacted CS and they didn't even know about the second order. One day later I'm told the order was non deliverable and I would be charged a $15 dollar restocking fee. Obviously I objected and demanded a FULL refund, why am I being charged for something their 3rd party carrier stopped delivery on? All I got was that was their policy and I stated once again why would I be charged $15 for a restocking fee that I had no control over. Total scam outfit I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Total scam, BS website, BS sob story. Do not buy these terrible things. Not handmade stained glass, it is cheap chinese plastic. Should sell them at the dollar store. I got scammed, enough said.
