It is a family dollar with a fancy name.
AI generated advertisement with deceiving descriptions of the product.
Reply from the scammers to my complaint:

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must feel.

Our designs are created to resemble stained glass in appearance, but they are made from lightweight acrylic rather than traditional glass. This is noted in the product description, though we understand it can still feel unexpected once you see it in person, and we truly appreciate you letting us know how you feel.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will be sharing this with our team for review.

This company is a total scam including their advertising. Their product is not stained glass its colored stained glass looking plastic. And the cord is a USB plug not a standard prong which limits where you can display it. Don't buy it is all I can say.

Advertised stain glass

Advertised stain glass, product was cheap plastic with cartoonish paint ex. Black was outlined mimicking stain glass, then in the body there was sploches of air brushed paint. We got a boxer for our lamp, the chest was not proportionate to the head. The dogs head was super small compared to the chest of the boxer.

Bought a dog lamp in January and now it is March and it doesn’t work. Very poor product and when I contacted Elle Seattle, I got a response, but said there was only a 30 day warranty on it.
Also, product is not what they said it was just cheap colored plastic. I didn’t want my money back. All I wanted was a replacement and got blown off.
Please do not buy from this company.

Total let down, $5 Temu quality

Just received the product I orders for my girlfriend for her birthday. It’s the French bulldog lamp. It looks terrible. Absolutely feel ripped off. Compare the website photo to the product we received. I even tipped $10 based on how sad the lady looks in the homepage. Wish I would’ve looked the reviews up beforehand. There is no way this isn’t a scam. If anyone spent the $225 on one of these I feel so terrible you. This looks more like a $5 Temu item

Found out it's a scam

Found out it's a scam and cancelled credit card payment. Thanks Trustpilot!
Purchased two days ago as birthday gift for my daughter, thinking it would ship from Seattle. After looking at tracking info ending in ca, I realized it comes from China. Reviews led me to cancel credit card payment, as the company is refusing to cancel order, stating the item has shipped, but only shows as label created.

False and misleading product description

I ordered what was supposed to b a stained glass turtle lamp. When my order finally arrived over a month later it was a cheap plastic lamp . It was nothing like the pictures or description of the item shown on their website. And now they expect me to pay the return shipping to Asia to attempt to get a refund. If the item was what was implied on their website I wouldn't b returning it. I dont feel I should have to pay out any more money for return shipping than what I've already spent (65.00)

I quickly got my money back, this is how.

I fell for this too but thanks to all the reviews here I canceled with in minutes. Glad I checked. It's a very convincing website.

I'm writing this to let people know that they tried to deny my canceling of the order and told me to wait until I received it and if I don't like it send it back. I replied with a short email "this is obviously a scam and I will not be your victim. I will get with my credit card company to get my refund.".

They quickly emailed me back telling me it's been fully refunded and to please not put a complaint into my credit company with some bs reasons why.

They really don't want those complaints so try that if they sucker you too.

Ps. I had to email them directly, the contact form on the website didn't work

Ellie Seattle / MD Trading Co has false advert

I ordered 4 items from Ellie Seattle. The website states stained glass lamps in it's description. I believed the store was in Seattle. I received an email to track my order. I clicked on it and it showed place of shipment as China. I became concerned and contacted PayPal. The company was MD Trading not Ellie-Seattle. I sent a message about my concerns to this company. I felt they were deceiving in their advertising. They responded, so I thought I'd wait until the product can. 3 weeks later I got my purchase. The items were cheap plastic lamps. I escalated PayPal complaint to request a refund since this company did not send me the glass stain lamps. But since I received the items, PayPal sided with the company. I couldn't protest it. So I went to my credit card company and stated this was fraudulent website , a scam and deceiving. My credt card sided with me. I sent them good documents.

Report them to the Federal Trade…

Report them to the Federal Trade Commision. These people are scammers.
I purchased a lamp. The item delivered was a miniature cheap plastic imitation of the item shown on their website. The customer service is despicable. If you already ordered from this company please report them to the Federal Trade Commission and complain. This is the only way to get compensated for being cheated out of your hard earned money. Please please please report them. Without customer complaints this awful company will continue to cheat customers. The company sake pitch of going out of business and selling their items on sale is a complete scam.

The Product is super cheap

The Product is super cheap. I mean dollar tree, Temu cheap. They made it look like it was larger and worth $220 dollars. I would say $2.50 maybe a fair price. I wise I could post a picture of this palm sized lamp.

Ordered stain glass lighted dog

Ordered stain glass lighted dog. Advertising is very disseving not glass, not high end resin but cheap colored plastic. Other sites sell same item at under $10 US. I paid Ellie Seattle over $45 US for a low quality plastic light. I feel like I was scammed because they show in their advertisement a retail price of $225 US slashed to $45 for a colored plastic USB light. The $10 dollar price is the most realistic price for the quality.
