Very pleased with the price and experience. Jewelry shopping is something I'm nervous about shopping online for - especially not with a high street brand. So very glad I did.

We ordered 2 silver wedding bands for everyday as my original set are now too big. Super fast service and communication however we needed to exchange sizes. This was no problem and they were exchanged within a week, which included a bank Holiday!

Just cannot get hold of anyone at Elma. Endless phone calls and that is before I have placed an order, over many weeks. Very dubious about spending a lot of money when you cannot get support. Be great if you would return calls.
No idea what happens if there is a problem after you order, as I can't get support up front for my purchase.

Brought mine and my wifes rings from here. The box they come in is very smart! When we got them they were a size too small as we didn't know the court shape was slightly smaller that the D Shape. Rang up to check about returns person on the phone was great. Sent them back for the free return, got the next size up and they fit perfectly. The rings themselves are gorgeous.

We have decided to order our wedding rings from Elma Jewellery, as the designs were beautiful. When the rings came, they looked fantastic but unfortunately, they were a bit too tight. When we contacted the shop and the response was immediate. We have sent our rings back and received a new set literally next day. Great service! Very happy customers :)

I emailed for a sizer which was sent out very quickly. I then purchsed rings (we got a matching pair) - beautiful detailing, fantastic engraving and perfect fit.

Good quality rings at cheaper price than many other stores-photos on website give good impression of actual product.
Ordered before 3 pm and items arrived next morning(without specifying next day delivery).
