Michelle has been an absolute superstar from start to finish. Her patience, professionalism and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a stressful booking process an absolute pleasure.

We’d been trying to book a three-day trip to Disneyland Paris for our children’s birthday and had shopped around for the best deal. While there were only pennies between the different quotes, the level of customer service we received from Michelle was in a league of its own. In the end, we chose to book purely because of the exceptional service she provided.

Every time we spoke, Michelle was calm, positive and incredibly responsive. There was none of the usual waiting hours, or even days, for a reply. She always came back to us quickly and did everything she could to make our trip happen.

Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond. You’ve made this experience so much easier, and we know our children are going to have the most amazing birthday at Disneyland Paris. You are a real credit to the company!

Shane has been incredibly helpful with offering suitable alternatives and extremely patient with our personal circumstances and limited budget for the dream travel to Japan. I have just had an awsome experience of booking a trip of a lifetime to Japan & Bali commencing in the beginning of May 2027 for my 60th birthday. Shane is extremely knowledgeable in his feield of employment and has definitely made my experience of booking this holiday a breeze. Hopefully I will have my memories & dreams come true.
