I’m located in Texas and I received 2 king size pillows in 3 days.
They came with zero smell and came as advertised. Memory foam usually has a smell but these don’t. The pillows such as height are as advertised. I recently had a work place accident with a herniated cervical disk and the pillows have help give relief with the steady pain along with neck support.

After buying a lot of pillows, this one surprised me! It took a couple of nights to get used to it. The pillow is so comfortable and I have no pain in the morning. And I can sleep more hours without waking.

I have no idea how long it will last, but for now, I'm very happy.

Now I just have to fight my cats for it--they love it too.

I reached out to the company, they responded immediately, asked a couple questions and received a recommendation for a better pillow. The pillow arrived and after 2 weeks, I don’t have any complaints. I can’t remember when i have slept so well as I have in the last 2 weeks. Thank you for this.

I was very excited to get my cervical pillow from Elviro. Unfortunately my spine was too damaged to have just this great pillow alone cure it.
I scheduled my spinal surgery and asked for a return from Elviro.
They considerately and promptly refunded my entire purchases amount

Very bad pillow. Waste of $50. It only gave me neck pain.

The Contour Orthopedic pillow helped with my neck/shoulder pain a bit; however, I learned I'm not a fan of memory foam pillows and their low profile. Customer service is top notch!!!

It's different, but my shoulder pain has diminished. The product was true to its description. The pillow is high enough to give the shoulder room but shaped in a way to support the neck. The big draw for me was the warrantee. Ample time to try out the pillow. I've purchased dozens of pillows, none worked, but you can't generally return one. This warrantee encouraged trust in the company. I'm keeping the pillow. It's taken some getting used to, but is making a positive difference in my neck and shoulders
