Great customer service with response time immediate and precise.

The pillow arrived on-time and had solid packaging. No issues setting up the pillow and, in fact, I thinned it out as there is a removable layer of foam if the pillow is a bit too thick (was for me). Overall, I've had the pillow a couple of months and seems to be doing the job. I still get an occasional stiff neck but I know I go through all sorts of sleep position gyrations, so who knows what I'm asking of my pillow. In terms of comfort and support, it works really well. It keeps its shape and maybe some will say that is not comfortable, but then it's the collapsing of too-soft-pillows that is causing the neck aches to begin with (I say). So, overall I am pleased. Since my purchase I have noticed some different designs both from Elviros and others. I have no idea if they're as good or any better, but I'm satisfied with my purchase for now and will continue to report if anything changes.

These are the best pillows we have ever had. The best nights sleep. We had been having trouble with our necks and this fixed it right away. Ordered one more for a family member, who loves it also!

We ship for free USA-wide over $30 and accept free returns within 100 days'. The options given to you when you contact the company for the return advises you that you personally need to pay return shipping. When you delve into the website further, there is information of return shipping that is contrary to the main page. Very deceptive. It would be hard to TRUST a company product. And the pillow is very uncomfortable and hard on the neck and back. If you chose to try this product, consider a purchase from Amazon where you might get return shipping included.

My package was unsealed when I received it. When I contacted the company, I was told that it's a quality assurance process that includes randomly checking products prior to shipping. Other than that, I have slept well on the pillow I received. Overall, I feel like I'm sleeping more soundly than I was before.

I'll cut to the point. This pillow allows me to knock out like an unpaid utility bill.

Unfortunately this pillow is too soft and small. As a side sleeper I like a firm pillow. I have tried several and all the foam pillows, through they might say they are firm, are not. Queen pillows are too big and I thought this one would work, but alas, the search continues.

Great pillow, performed as advertised!

Pillows are great and are just what I was looking for to take on trips. The small travel bag was not quite what I expected and not going to work for me. The portion designed to hang the bag takes up a lot of the useable space.

Bought two pillows from Elviros: the Adjustable Cervical Pillow and the Classic Memory Foam Pillow. Shipping was super fast. And the shape of each pillow was fantastic, perfectly contoured to cradle your head, nice angles and just the right dimensions (height, length, width). They were each perfect in almost every way except one: they are the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever seen in my entire life. My wife and I currently have a total of eight memory foam pillows from other brands. They are all soft and plush, just not ergonomic for my bad neck. Elviros pillows are so ergonomic it's like a dream come true, but they are so hard and stiff they are useless. You might as well lay your head down on a sheet of cement. They actually made my neck hurt more. The"Adjustable" pillow is a joke. Even after you replace the firm pad with the soft pad at the base of the pillow you still have all this rock hard memory foam all over it. It's clearly just a marketing gimmick. Why they would choose such hard memory foam is anybody's guess. Maybe it's cheaper than other kinds. I read that you eventually get used to it, and I tried, but after six nights of hellish non-sleep, and waking up with a sore neck each morning, I just gave up. I would have definitely returned these had I kept the packaging, but it all tore up trying to get the pillows out of the boxes. So Elviros was a bust and my search for the perfect pillow continues.

UPDATE: I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 because of their excellent customer service. They were disappointed to hear that I was not satisfied and sent me their newest pillow, the "Deep Sleep" cervical memory foam pillow, and this is the one I've been looking for. This one is super soft and comfortable with all the right curves and angles. Sleep like a baby now.

With this pillow I have not had sore arms and numbness in my hands. It’s a “keeper.”

Shipping was fast and packaged good. Apparently this does not work for me. I tried it sleeping in different positions but per my boyfriend, it does not work.

It is firm like it should be and stays that way weeks later. I am glad I got 2 of them

This pillow is awesome! I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve only had it for a few weeks and want to see it f it lasts. I suffer from pretty serious cervical spine degeneration due to my active lifestyle in my early years and now RA. I ordered while going through a pretty bad flare up hoping it could help. It has for sure! Great support and I like the options to use the more firm foam or the softer one (inserts). I’ve tried so many other support pillows but so far this one is best hands down! Worth the purchase.

The pillow I received was not what I ordered. Customer service is putting the burden of proof on me when they are the ones that sent me the wrong item. I sent multiple pictures and have asked for the correct item or a refund. I still have not received either one.

The pillow is really comfortable and it helps my husband get a good night sleep
