Great "kit" for a DIY install
Very pleased with final outcome for the timber for my stairs. Looking forward to fitting it. The stair nose pieces in particular have made it easy for me to do the job myself. I had a few problems sorting out how it all fitted together and what exactly I needed to order. Company staff helped me sort this out but a better explanation on the website would have helped.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Extremely professional company with excellent customer service. I purchased some floorboards on marketplace and loved them, I found they were from Embelton flooring.
Embelton flooring arranged swiftly for samples to be sent, great size sample fast delivery. I ordered the floorboards then arranged to pick up. I hurt my back and delayed pick for a week. Customer Service was wonderful and understanding. Unfortunately my back is still so sore, I rang again thinking I might have to cancel my order and understandably have a restocking fee as I couldn't make a date when my back would be better.
I rang Customer service again and explained my situation and again, very kind Customer service who said "thats ok we can hold stock for up to 2 months" and I was so relieved, so arranged to pick up my order in the new year.
Even before I hurt my back, I still would give them them stars for quality products and Customer Service.....and extra 5 stars for being understanding and compassionate in me changing pick up times and having to cancel. I look forward to picking up my floorboards I the new year.

These guys delivered my flooring inside…
These guys delivered my flooring inside my house and were efficient. They always answered the phone if I had a question and they were helpful with any questions.
The samples arrived great and they were overall a easy company to buy from and deal with. Great flooring too, my wide Wenge (almost black) flooring looks stunning!! I will buy again from these guys and my dad already purchased some from them too.

Disappointing...
I was told I had won a free rug- this did not arrive with my order.
My online checkout invoice indicated that I would receive a floor cleaner- this did not arrive with my order.
My invoice indicated that I was to be contacted 1 hour before my order arrived- this did not occur.
Consequently I was not home at the time of delivery.
A number of boxes and their contents were damaged.

I am still waiting on delivery of my $11,000 + order which was paid over a month ago!
I was told delivery would be 19th Nov and it didn’t turn up.
On the 19th I was told 21st , on 21st I was told 24th on 24th told 26th . Still waiting. Made sure I was at home for these days which has cost me time and money .
