The email and calendars are great and easy to use. The new "other" tab is useful and while I didn't appreciate it at first it's a good way to get spam out of sight without creating rules that conflict... See more

Very pleased with emclient.com though like all new systems takes a little while to get used to it
It's kinda buggy. For example I can't get it to consistently order messages in a mailbox - I want it oldest to newest and it either ignores it or reverts it later.
The keyboard shortcuts I really don't get - too many times I've accidentally tapped a letter on the keyboard and the message vanishes - it's not in Trash, or Spam ... and Control-Z doesn't undo the change.
Just feels like the user experience is all over the place.
Sorry ... you did ask !
Best,
Gerry.

This is for personal use only. So far, I really like the eM Client.
While a Custom Snooze time might be helpful, I would like to explain more fully why an 18 hour Snooze Option is an ideal option.
I use Snooze as a reminder system. I often reset Snooze for the following day, day after day, until that even occurs or that task is competed. This is a chaotic system if I get reminders all day long. This morning, for example, I have received about eight reminders over the past two hours. They disrupt my concentration. However, when I had the 18 Hour Snooze Option that rarely happened. I will attempt to explain why.
Like many people, I presume, I add events to my Calendar all day long. I begin my mornings by reviewing what I meetings or appointments I have and what I have to to accomplish that day. I also look ahead to next couple of days. Reminders are an important part of this daily ritual. It is extremely helpful if all of my Reminders appear all at once first thing in the morning. I will delete a few, and Snooze most until the following day.
With the 18 hour Snooze Option this worked exceedingly well. All morning long, when I get a random reminder (random because of the time of day when it was first created) I snooze it for 18 hours. That means that it will re-reappear sometime between midnight and when I turn on my computer in the morning. Almost all of my Reminders will appear at the same time. Without the 18 hour Snooze, this is difficult to accomplish. If I snooze for 12 hours, I start getting random reminders appearing in the evening when I do not want to be bothered with them. To avoid this, in the morning I usually snooze Reminders for 4 hours and then again for 12 hours so that they will appear together in the morning. However, when I do that I get the 4 hour Snooze reminders randomly all afternoon. It is disruptive.
With the 18 hour Snooze Option I can Snooze Reminders all morning long, and they will all appear at the same time in the morning when I turn on my computer. In the afternoon, I Snooze Reminds for 12 hours and they will also all appear at the same time the next morning when I turn on my computer.
Without the 18 hour Snooze Option, the Reminder system is becoming dysfunctional for me to use.
A Custom Snooze time might be helpful, but only because I will almost always choose 16 hours. Please return the 16 hour Snooze Option.

They arrived on time and did a first class job in not much more than an hour. I would use them again without hesitation.
Much better searches than Outlook. Overall, a much better product.
The application is working good so far but there is a major error regarding MacOs notifications;
When I receive an email, and I get a pop-up notification for the incoming email, when I click on the "X" mark to close the notification, it deletes the incoming email!!
If the notification is a group of 3 or 4 emails, when I click the X button it deletes all of them!!!
You should fix that, because it is very important!!
When you fix it, it will definitely get a 5 star rating!
Thank you!
Update 15/04/26:
Thank you for your reply!
I am 100% sure that closing the notification moves the incoming email to the Trash! It has happened several times and I have done a lot of tests, chaning the settings both in the app and MacOs System settings in notofication center.
As you can see in this forum, the same problem has been reported by other users:
forum[dot]emclient[dot]com, subject "macOS notification deletes mail"
Today (April 15th) I got a notification to update the app. I updated it and the behavior changed! When I click the X on notification email, it does not delete the incoming email, but it behaves like when I chose Reply!!
It shoud close the notification and leave the email's status to unread.
I will leave the 3 star review for now and when you fix that issue too, you will get a 5 star review from me!
Thanks again!

It was easy to set up and intuitive. It has limited applications, but does enough to accomplish my objectives. I would pay for subscription if it could offer more features to improve interoperability. Outlook used to be great but that was over 10 years ago. Not sure why they get worse every year. Appreciate the support
it's extremally good but when i have alarm when it's try to think but have internet issue after it's try and pass still error founded i must click on eg

TBH i am not using eM for one reason, my company has set "Calibri Light" size 12 as default font to used on all outgoing emails, however i could only find "Calibri" font in eM font list.

I used the free version of eM Client. I like the stability and the wealth of features and the availability on several platforms. On the other hand there are a few missing features I use on other mail platforms. I would recommend it for everyday use and also for advanced users. The latter however would have get a paid license.

The email client eM Client left a very positive impression.
It’s a truly user-friendly and well-designed application: the interface is clean and intuitive, so you don’t need much time to get used to it. It works fast and reliably—even with a large number of emails, there are no lags or freezes.
Notifications are another strong point: they are timely and accurate, so you never miss anything important.
A big advantage is that everything is integrated into one app: email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. There’s no need to switch between different services—everything you need is in one place, making your workflow much more convenient and efficient.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone who values simplicity, speed, and all-in-one functionality.
I've been using eM Client for about 6-8 months now, and have been pleased with all that is offered with the free version. I don't consider myself a power user, so my viewpoint may not carry a lot of weight with those of you looking for technical details, but for the average user, if you are looking to replace your current email client, you should give eM Client a look.
I have been an eM Client for many years now, it performs all the functions I require consolidating 3 separate email accounts in a convenient and usable form. The daily backup to my cloud provides reassurance as well. The product is stable and user friendly and I would be lost without it.
Compare to other email programs your's is the best. Even Microsoft outlook sucks compared to eM client.
One would think microsoft would be good cause everyone uses there operating system.
Thank you for a good program. Not please don't rase the price because of my coment.
