Beautiful Perfect fit shutters.
Ordering on line was straight forward, following the on line measurement guide.
Order took almost 4 weeks but this was stated online during the order process.
Delivery arrived extremely well packaged. It took longer to remove the packaging than to fit the shutters.
Amazing quality and the price is the best on line.

Ordered shutters and they agreed I could pick them up instead of delivery.
I was a bit late but they waited till I arrived and were very helpful. Shutters are well made and my wife is over the moon with them. Will be ordering more.

We ordered 8 day and night blinds online. We didn’t encounter any problems with their website. It’s a easy process.
The blinds arrived after two weeks. They were well packed and there was no damage to anyone of them.

Love my blind. Excellent quality. Although I measure very carefully the shape of my window meant my handyman had to weave some magic. It now looks great !!

We paid quite a lot of money for shutters for one window which has multiple panels (4 panels in all).
Delivery was just over 4 weeks from ordering + the communication about progress/delivery estimates was quite limited. We ended up chasing it at the 4 week point as we'd not heard anything.
The blinds were well packed but the instructions are quite minimal.
Two of our blinds were sent with the tilt rod on the wrong side.
We had to be sent instructions on how to dismantle it completely to try & fix it. It's not gone back together perfectly which is a bit annoying considering the price paid.
I would have appreciated a partial refund given their error.
The other incorrect one had to be installed upside down for it to be correct.
They look good on but the stiffness of the rod mechanism is very hard to adjust & some are still too stiff/others too loose.
Customer service is quick to respond & helpful though so overall - it was ok but I'd be happier with a partial refund due to the error/hours spent fixing it.

I have measured and supplied window blinds for 26 years but i have retired and moved to Lincolnshire and your blinds were spot on and look good most of all my missus is happy

I wanted to make my own curtains, and this company was offering the material I liked at the best price I could find on the internet. The fabric arrived very quickly and well packaged. While I was making the curtains, I hit a small problem during the cutting out to make the pattern match, and emailed the company to ask their advice. Even though it was the weekend, I received a very helpful reply almost immediately. I was so pleased I ordered extra fabric to make matching cushions, and would highly recommend the company.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with my Emerald Blinds & Curtains Perfect Fit Shutters!
I'd been thinking recently about how tatty my venetian blinds were starting to look in my front room bay window and I decided I wanted to fit shutters to give the room a more modern cleaner feel. It doesn't help when you have two cats who love getting tangled up!
After time spent researching my options, I realised the design of my UPVC windows wouldn't allow me to fit conventional shutters. I was really disappointed as I'd set my mind on that look.
Another internet search for alternative window coverings and I came across Emerald Blinds & Curtains. Then I saw their Perfect Fit Shutters! Not quite traditional shutters but wow, did they look to fit the bill! And their fitting system is very creative. No drilling. I hate trying to drill into window surrounds. You're never sure where the metal lintel is for a start. It's always awkward.
After deciding to give them a go, a test if you like for one room, I followed the comprehensive measuring instructions on their website and spent some time taking and checking the window measurements.
I wasn't sure if I needed cotton white or brilliant white so ordered some samples. They cost a couple of pounds and arrived very quickly. Cotton white matched best. Excellent.
I had a couple of queries around the handle cutouts so spoke to Keren via online chat. On a Sunday, which shows their commitment to customer service. A couple of photographs exchanged and with the guidance provided by Karen I was happy to place an order.
The online ordering process is very easy to follow. You just need to be organised and identify each window when you measure them and make sure you enter the details accurately. And check them. The website gives you the price and you pay it online. Easy!
4 weeks later, I had a message saying the shutters were on their way. They arrived last week and were carefully packaged in protective wrap and cushioning. Today, I've spend an hour fitting them.
The shutters are excellent quality and well put together. I am impressed with the price, just over £500 for my bay window. Superb value.
Fitting was relatively straightforward. Each shutter has four clips that slide in between the glass and the window seal. My windows are about 20 years old and getting the clips in was quite tricky. Washing-up liquid and a bit of hard pushing and they eventually went in. Not brilliantly easy but much preferable to drilling and screwing.
After an hour I had all 8 shutters fitted. I had to bend a few clips a little to make them tighter and to ensure the shutters were held securely and all lined up. But what a great look!
I have no hesitation in recommending Emerald Blinds & Curtains. I am very pleased with the look and cost and the whole process went without a hitch.
Now for the rest of the house!
