Avoid Motor Breakdown Cover from this company!!!
Stranded at the road side for more than 6 hours at night time!! They didn't pay attention and act on breakdown information passed to call handling team (automatic gearbox locked in gear due to breakdown) - vehicle would require recovery using 'skids' as a consequence. Recovery agent sent did not have correct equipment. A total of 3 recovery companies used (second one cancelled - due to mechanic going 'sick'). An outright LIE - I called the recovery operative concerned after we had shared preliminary calls (so I had his telephone number). He was not sick at all - but was diverted elsewhere.
Made a complaint (and offered to share the circumstances) - which was rebutted in the most off-hand way. They are not interested in Customer feedback. They carried out a one-sided 'desktop' review - said I did not have a valid complaint - but invited me to make a Civil Claim if I wanted to go further. No reply sent to my follow up email - I was completely ignored. The most abysmal customer I have ever experienced. Out of curiosity, read some other reviews / complaints - which only goes to reinforce the motor breakdown cover (farmed out from 2Gether Insurance to 'Emergency Assist Ltd' to execute) is the subject of many complaints by other customers. My advice - if considering this company - GET YOUR COVER ELSEWHERE!!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I was given advice that didn't match the breakdown cover I'd paid for, leaving me to sort the problem out myself. Since then I've sent three emails over the last couple of weeks asking for an explanation and have received absolutely no response. I've also spent over half an hour on hold trying different departments without speaking to anyone.
Taking your money is easy. Supporting customers when they actually break down seems to be another matter. I won't be renewing and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

So have policy but trying to get a service representative to assist is "painful"
3 calls speaking with 3 seperate reps resulted in passing on my enquiry by stating they would email someone to contact me (3 days nothing) another providing another number 01945742522 but again no one answers !
If anyone at company reads this can they maybe get someone to call me via my policy number

Guessing no point in payment of £5 to change car as the car is not be changed 🤷♀️

Be careful because my husband tried to cancel his breakdown policy on 28/06/2026 but they didn't even answer and took our money 10 days before the expiration date. This is highly unfair.
After posting this feedback, they gave me back our money. Thank you.
