Excellent service

Excellent service, car had some marks but not an issue as these were repaired to such a high standard you could not see any evidence of them being there.
Nothing was too much trouble and a very relaxed way to purchase a car

EMG ELY , FANTATSIC

EMG ELY , we pop in to see about a Sportage , was greeted by michael de quidt, explained our situation, worked out our optoins ,very polite and helpful ,took us for test drive and explained all about the car options with high knowledge , gave us time and had look around the showroom for us to decide our options. then michael mulligan took the the rains checked the options on offer as we decided on new Sportage, he was again polite, helpful making sure it was correct for us . and led the way antil the end with the end saying enjoy your car im only phone call away ,fantastic out come . im sure we will return in the future thank you for all the team in Ely a delight to deal with.. keep up the good work..

Our experience was made good by the very professional friendly staff at EMG Huntingdon. In particular by Ashley, who responded to our online message the next day. We needed a car asap and saw a Nissen Juke that had just arrived in the showroom. There were no photographs on the vehicle, but we still expressed our interest to buy. Within hours Ashley had the details sent via video for us to view. We were without a vehicle to drive, and after paying a reserve fee he drove it to us for a test drive. He was great from start to finish. The whole process was made hassle free & easy, EMG could not have done more for us. Needless to say we purchased the car, and true to his word Ashley delivered to us on Monday 22nd September. We will definitely buy from EMG again. I have already recommended them to friends & family. Great thank you.

Don't buy anything from EMG group

Don't buy any cars from EMG Group. We bought a Nissan Qashqai and p/X a BMW. Sales accused us of not being honest about BMW service book, which a hour later we rang BMW dealer confirmed it was correct. Sales didn't tell us that tyre wheels were scratched. Sales took 6 weeks to refund our deposit and over two months to reply to our written complaint

Bought a BMW X1 from Duxford

Bought a BMW X1 from Duxford. Tom was excellent. Took me to the post office to sort the tax out. Couple of bad points. He wouldn't give me anymore than £2000 for my part ex but goes up for sale few days later for £6000. Writing this four days later I would of thought I'd get a follow up call to see if everything ok with the new vehicle but nothing at all. Bit unprofessional that. To all that want to part ex here you must haggle as much as you can. They are salesman not your friends

EMG Haverhill

I recently bought a Ford Focus from EMG Haverhill after researching cars locally. I'd organised a test drive and when l arrived Paul was held up with a previous customer but his colleagues discussed cars with me till he was free. The whole process of buying the car was done efficiently and courteously with lots of information. Paul arranged for the car to be delivered and on every occasion was prompt and professional. Great experience

Great experience dealing with Kieran at EMG Cambridge. Kieran created an in-depth and honest video guide to the car and ensured that a couple of minor cosmetic issues were rectified to a high standard sending me photos before I travelled to collect the car. great service from a garage that cares about its customers…

recently bought a kia niro from this company.
from start to finish it was an exceptional experience.
our sales man was Michael mulligan a total professional, no pressure to buy no loitering in the background just left us to view and explore the car.
after deciding to buy, we were given a fair price for our car and the paperwork was completed by another gentleman Michael (sorry have forgotten his second name )was was also a credit to his company,
even giving us a huge discount on the car paint and interior protection. We travelled over 100miles to buy the car and it was well worth it.
cannot recommend this garage and staff more highly .

Amazing customer service

Had a great experience buying a new car from EMG Ely. No pushy salespeople, they were friendly and professional from start to finish. Michael and Robert especially deserve a mention - they were brilliant throughout the whole process. Michael dealt with the initial enquiry and helped us choose the right vehicle for us and answered our many questions, and Robert took me out for a test drive, explained all the features in the car and dealt with us on collection day ensuring a smooth handover process. Both were so friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The customer service at this branch was on another level and I would 100% recommend to others.

Easy and comfortable service

Easy and comfortable service. I came in with an open mind, and was advised on various options that fitted my budget and other criteria. While one of the sales guys wasn't particularly good at listening, the rest of the team have made up for it and made the experience quite simple and pleasant.

I would especially recommend Olly at the Ipswich branch.
