I found the EMG at Thetford very good and would recommend them. Paul the sales rep I dealt with was very professional and was not just out to sale a car. He made sure I was buying the right car for what I wanted.

James and Kirsty from the EMG Huntingdon branch handled my enquiry, vehicle prep, car sale and collection as well as after care.
Communication was excellent at all stages of the car sale.
Vehicle was prepped to a high standard and I was fully introduced to the controls having not driven a Tesla before.
The transaction was done smoothly without issue and all instructions were clear and concise (deposit, minor repairs, vehicle prep and collection).
Some minor issues with the vehicle after a few weeks/months have been sorted out without problem.
Couldnt be happier with the car or the service given.
Highly recommended.

Made a equire regarding a Kia car . Was asked by Robert Duncan to provide photos of my car which I did straight away was told be in touch on Saturday morning. This come and went so I call the dealership and spoke to a salesman called Matt . Who did this in 10 mins . Not even a call back so I made it clear I would shop elsewhere.if I was buying a new vehicle they would have bent over backwards . Very poor service Cambridge branch

I bought Nissan Qashqai on 13 May 2025 and salesperson & two managers accused us of dishonesty about our P/X which upset us a lot. Later we found many scratches on the car's wheels. Between three managers, who offered filling up with petrol and £75 towards wheel repair, which we refused. EMG couldn't resolve the complaint which we submitted on 15th May. Managers insisted that I pay £250 deposit to return the V5C to them, and when we did, it took them 6 weeks to refund me.

Went to EMG Haverhill on the off chance. Paul was fantastic and helpful as always. We found the right car at a fair price, they even kept the car until son turned 17. Best of all they are local.

I bought a car from EMG Spalding in February and to this day I have had nothing but issues with my car. From a cracked sunroof on the day of collection, a faulty electric boot lid, missing undertray, heavily worn suspension bushes, faulty charging system and now as of this morning a “powertrain issue” leaving my car limited and forced to return to Tesla for the 4th time within 5 months I am beyond frustrated.
Emg were extremely helpful and responsive until they received my money and I drove away with the car, since then I have raised a formal complaint which has been ignored as well as 3 follow up emails. Phone lines are always fobbed off with no head office or manager available. I have had to contact citizens advice as I have been left out of pocket for all the issues with my car apart from the boot and sunroof. And now have a car which is stuck in limp mode until I can get it into Tesla for another repair.
Don’t touch a car from these people unless you want to be left with a money pit and no support from anyone.
