EMG Haverhill were the successful bidder at a CarWow auction for my used Ford Mondeo Vignale.
The whole handover process, overseen and coordinated by Dominic, was very professional and slick. Having bid a fair price for my mint condition Mondi, the communications and all transactions were timely, detailed and undertaken in a businesslike but customer-friendly manner. The process of inspection and collection from my home was undertaken quickly and the funds were transferred in less than 30 minutes.
In an era where amateur and sloppy behaviour has become endemic, it was a pleasure to break that stereotype. Well done Dominic and the EMG team.

Today, after many months of searching & deliberation (+ extensive research by my partner) I collected a beautiful 72 plate Kia Stonic from EMG Thetford.
Cameron Bailey has given us outstanding service in the months leading up to our purchase & for the first time in my long life, I have actually enjoyed buying a car!
Cameron listened to me (and that's a rare experience for a woman in a garage!) & what I was looking for in a car, and was quite happy to progress at my speed (which was cautious & slow! 😂)
As a result, I'm over the moon with my Kia Stonic & I'm having fun learning how different modern automatic cars are to drive after a lifetime of manual gearboxes! I'm enjoying driving again, even on the M25! 😂

My wife and I were undecided whether we should keep our car or upgrade to a hybrid. We looked at reviews and wanting something similar in size we settled on a Toyota Yaris if we were going to go ahead.
We found a year old model at EMG Kings Lynn for a really good price and went along to see it. The salesman, Paul Gower, was excellent, friendly yet professional, came with us for a test drive, explained all the benefits of a hybrid and at no time did he push us to say yes, although we did. He also verified the service history direct with Toyota. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, offering us coffee or iced water several times. We collected the car 5 days later and finalised the paperwork. At this point we must also mention Bob Howes, a lovely young man who went all through the many controls with us, sometimes more than once! We were never rushed and even when we had to phone from home to discuss pairing our phone he patiently took us through the process again. It was a pleasure to deal with EMG Kings Lynn.

My experience at EMG Mazda Cambridge was very good. The sales team (Ryan P) looked after us, sharing the right amount of information without pushing options we did not need. The test drive was relaxed and not rushed and the vehicle whilst not perfect was in good condition for collection. Notably even though we were buying an MX-5 the sales team treated both of us equally, answering both our questions and letting both of us test drive the vehicle.
More importantly the after sales service was also excellent - we had a couple of small issues and both were resolved swiftly and competently.

On the 9/1/25 I purchase a 2018 Citroen A3 Aircross.Grant Jenkins was helpful and informative.The Citroen was brought from Duxford to Milton enabling me to view and test drive. I was persuaded to buy a £399 extended Drive First Warranty which l was
would cover most of serious problems.When a problem occurred with the electrical display panel l was advised to contact EMG Duxford.During the phone call one of their staff informed me that as they were no longer Citroen main agents and suggested the nearest Citroen main agents are Purser and Luxford at St Ives.Another problem was that Purser and luxford could not guarantee to carry out the Drive First Warranty.
This car has developed problems according to the electrical display. Could you please advise me who is responsible for the electrical problem ? Plus Duxford have Citroen and Peugeot cars for sale that they cannot offer any repairs or maintenance on.Confuse.com

EMG KIA ELY. We had seen a Kia Sportage online the day before, so we called the following morning ( Saturday 10th May) at 9am to check it was in stock, which it was. On arrival, we were introduced to Matthew, who had only been working at the site for about 4 weeks. Immediately I felt relaxed and comfortable with him. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. We had a little talk, told him what we wanted and he swiftly took us out to view the car & arranged a test drive. We were happy with the car and the next steps were explained. Hubby had just done a night shift so Lawrence sorted out the finance bits swiftly. We paid our deposit, finance was sorted the same day and car was ready to collect after a polish by the Wednesday 14th May. Handover was straightforward. It's been a while since we bought a car and had been to see a few before visiting EMG Kia Ely, which had not left us with high hopes. However, I wish we would have visited this branch sooner. Absolutely fantastic hassle free service, everyone was polite and welcoming. We had the kids aswell and even they were shown some attention, extra seats were brought over, coffees made, had a little laugh and joke. They really are a lovely bunch at Kia Ely. I bought a 21 plate Nissan Navara NGuard last year from EMG Group Nissan in Kings Lynn. I was told it had a full service history and the remainder left to run on the factory warranty.
After I’d had the truck a few months a low oil warning came on and I opened the filler to top it up, where I found white sludge on the cap. On contacting the dealer (which is 3 hours drive from me) I was told “don’t worry, take it to any main dealer and they’ll sort it”. When my local main dealer took it in they informed me there was no service history on the database and therefore no warranty. The oil was so bad they didn’t think it’d ever been serviced, recommended it have an oil flush and refill with new oil and filter, but they couldn’t guarantee the engine hadn’t sustained damage. So after having had to pay for that I went back to EMG Kings Lynn and demanded action. They first offered to do a service and vehicle health check and I’d be on my way again. No chance, I’d paid well over the odds for what turned out to be a no service history, unwarrantied truck with a potentially damaged engine. I wanted a replacement vehicle or a refund. After many weeks to-ing and fro-ing (usual car dealer rubbish “oh, he’s not at his desk”, or “oh, he’s on annual leave”, or “oh, he’s with a customer”, or “he’ll definitely call you back today” (rarely did), they said they couldn’t find an equivalent vehicle to swap it with, so they’d buy the vehicle back for over 3 grand less than I paid. I was pretty furious, with all the trouble and inconvenience I’d been put to, including having to hire cars to get around in due to EMG saying I couldn’t put any mileage on the truck or they’d charge me. I’d have expected a full refund and compensation! The thought of court action and months or years of dragged out proceedings led me to accept, so eventually they took back the truck and paid me.
Anyway, anyone thinking of purchasing DP21 CWF, my advice is to steer well clear. It’s a sweet looking truck but you could be in for a heap of trouble. Also avoid EMG Kings Lynn, I really had expected more from a main dealer.

The experience at EMG Thetford was great because of John Pratt. His professionalism was excellent, both myself and wife had a test drive and we were very happy with the car. There was no hard sell, no pressure to buy a car and it felt like I'd known John for years. He answered all our questions and explained all options for a purchase. Even though the showroom had closed we were under no pressure to leave. In the end we didn't purchase the car we test drove but purchased the same car with very low miles from one of their other branches. John arranged for it to be brought to them and prepared it ready for collection. The car was amazing it had been polished and valeted. Handover was really easy as I'd arranged my own finance and John arranged to have the finance on my own car paid off which was easier than arranging that myself. The trade in value for my car was far higher than everywhere else we'd been offered. Its hard to fault the service we received but in short it has been the best buying experience of all the cars I've bought beating other manufacturers and dealerships with ease. Id highly recommend EMG Thetford for your next car whether its a Kia or not and in particular John for his professionalism, knowledge and commitment to ensuring I got the perfect car prepared to the highest level ready for collection.
