Won’t cancel and refund my money

Bought an Arrow exhaust for Ducati panigale v4 on the 20/8 for €1900 it’s now 16/9 and still no shipping details, have requested to cancel and refund on the 12/9 and they still haven’t cancelled or refunded me my money. The item was listed as 5-15 working days to ship which has long passed.

Do not buy from them.
Ordered an Akrapovic exhaust on the 19 August for £830, was told 15 days delivery then told 21 days.
Sent many emails and no response from Emanuelle and as yet no refund.
Sent many emails, clearly a scammer.
Passed all the details to the local police and have spoken with the police on the phone.
now you have replied let’s hope my order will be shipped as you say by the 9 September, ever hopeful.
Well we are now September 11th and still no shipping details only one email saying it will get shipped.!
Now the 16th September and you’ve stopped responding to my emails and request to cancel the order and a full refund.
Just to add, today 1 month after they took my money still no response still no goods, despite writing to them and cancelling my order and still no refund.
I have contacted the local police department near to where they trade and they are already aware of the operation and how they con people.
I urge anyone to not use this company despite their good reports which are probably fake.
Con man and a liar.
Just to add to the con and nearly 5 weeks later, I’ve now been given a tracking number which isn’t correct or according to Poste Italian it’s a number over 24 months old, so again more lies.!
This company have had ample chance to honour my order and ample chance to refund my money neither has happened despite 7 requests from me, all the crap about delayed delivery etc etc is just pure lies.
Hopefully they will cease trading.
And for the person who said there not out to con people I suggest you read all the very poor feed back left by other customers that have had money stolen from them.
I have been verbally abused in emails by this company being called childish, arrogant, bipolar argumentative and an imbecile! Is this anyway a company should behave.
After 42 days the item gets shipped. I didn’t accept the item as I have had a refund by my card company in the meantime so the goods still remain the property of the company. Regardless of 9 attempts to cancel which they ignored, avoid this company.
Went with another company and the exhaust will be here 8 days after placing the order.

DO NOT ORDER - no items received and no refund!

Placed a order in March of 2025 which never arrived. Emailed several times requesting a replacement or refund and Emanuele is very rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service and and eventually stopped replying - has not replied to my last three emails and I am not out of pocket of £580 and never received the exhaust I ordered.

Excellent Price & Product

Excellent price, service and communication.
Postage was quite slow to Australia, but somewhat expected considering the very reasonable shipping cost.
The Akrapovic Exhaust arrived in perfect condition, very well packed.

Slow, bad support

Ordered an exhaust from them. Was promised to ship in 5-15 working days. Wasn't shipped on time, the seller ignored my email question and paypal refund request. Then still sent the exhaust after 1 month and didn't want to approve the refund. In the end I resigned from the package and got my refund through paypal support. Time is wasted.

Canadian - Very happy with product in service

I was initially a bit concerned about the shipping times after reading some of the reviews—especially since I was ordering from Northern Canada. But I have nothing but good things to say.

The team responded promptly to all my email inquiries, and the products arrived exactly as expected—no damage, nothing missing. I even made a mistake when ordering the ring for my tank bag, and they quickly corrected it and sent me the right part without any hassle.

Delivery took less than two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The only minor challenge was tracking the shipment—the updates paused at an international airport in Italy, and the estimated delivery date was a bit unclear (which may vary depending on your location).

As for the product itself, it’s top-notch. I’m extremely happy with my decision to purchase the Givi panniers. They’re very well-built, sturdy, and— in my opinion—worth every penny.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely order again.

I'm in Canada

I'm in Canada, and ordered a Neotech 3 helmet from EM-Moto. The price was a significant savings even after paying my local Canada Post for duties and their reasonable handling charge. Shipping from EM-Moto was free, which was surprising! It took just under a month to receive the item after ordering/paying for it. I admit I was nervous, given the lack of details regarding where the order was with regards to processing and shipping, but I'm happy to say it all worked out. Took almost 3 weeks for the item to go from "processing" to "shipped", then another week to show up.

If I could give 0 stars

I ordered an exhaust from this company over 15 days ago and still haven’t received it. Initially, I got a generic email saying my order was being processed, but now I’m only receiving automated replies with no real updates. No tracking number, no delivery date, just empty promises. I’ve requested an update and warned I’d seek a refund if it’s not delivered by Friday, but there’s been no meaningful response. Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery—avoid this company!

Great company to deal with

I ordered a Givi V47NNT top box from Australia on 13 June and it was delivered on 19 June. The transaction was seamless and the email communication was great. I can't recommend EM-MOTO highly enough.

Scammed by EM Moto

Scammed by EM Moto. Purchased an Akrapovic exhaust. It's been over a month, and Emanuale (customer service and most likely the owner, i.e. "EM" Moto) has now stopped responding to my request for an update.

Update: After 5 days of no replies from Emanuele, I opened a case with the Polizia Postale (email: commissariatodips at pecps.poliziadistato.it) and notified him I had done so. He responded within the next couple of hours and provided a refund. For those stuck in the same situation, I suggest doing the same.

I ordered a helmet and had it ship to…

I ordered a helmet and had it ship to the USA. There was an issue and for some reason it was returned to Italy. Then they fixed the address issue and I got it a week later. Riccardo was helping me with the issue from start to finish and was a great help. He kept his cool and was very professional and helpful. Thank you EM Moto and Riccardo for your great service.

I bought a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet and…

I bought a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet and the Sena comms to go with it. They put it in the post straight away. Unfortunately the Italian Mail, like the Royal Mail, sat on it in Milan for two weeks but it got through and was delivered in the end. The staff were very helpful. I would certainly buy from them in the future.

A great product, the Sohei Neotec3 with the Communication System from SENA SRL3 has arrived in perfect condition and within the proposed delivery time. Implementation process of the SRL3 was a bit tricky. The sound Quality is way better than SRL2.
