Terrible Evri couriets
I didn’t receive the product from your lousy Evri couriers. They sent me multiple messages about wrong addresses and other bunkham.
I love E B stuff but will not buy from them till they sort their delivery service out. I ended up with a full EB refund but that wasn’t my plan!

Two items broken and I’m not surprised…
Two items broken and I’m not surprised as the packing was AWFUL! No bubble wrap but just thin crinkle paper wrapping between a plate and a bowl.
Requested a replacement and one item was sold out - wasn’t offered a non seconds replacement - and customer service was cursory at best.

Hi, I love Bridgewater & have bought pottery for around 25 years. I am yet to receive this order, which may be the couriers fault. But does need to be chased.

Fast and beautiful
I love my new mugs! We collected the bird mugs and are sad they are not for sale anymore. Nevertheless the flower mugs are a great addition to the collection.
The delivery to Germany is very expensive but very fast too.
