I ordered the product on line as a Fathers Day gift for my husband
I ordered the product on line. The reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is that the pricing was not as I expected. I think I interpreted the information that if I spent a certain amount of money postage was free. However when I came to pay for whatever reason I did not meet the criteria so had to pay postage. The personalised mugs are lovely but I do feel that I would but more if they were not quite so expensive!

Evri- my parcel never arrived
Evri- my parcel never arrived, I was told it would be delivered then the day after is was sure to be delivered I was told it was being sent back. Nobody attempted to deliver it and Everi only use AI chat so I am unable to find out why my parcel never arrived.
Emma Bridgwater, I highly recommend you use a different postal service!
