Extremely disappointed with Emop

Extremely disappointed with Emop. The cleaning was absolutely terrible, and to make matters worse, they charged me for 10.5 hours when the cleaners were clearly there for only 4.5 hours. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they never replied. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend using this service.

My experience was great ! Shukurat used her initiative in my home. She stayed for 4 hours. The company made sure I could use the website. A relief to have someone so thorough. I will definitely use the company again and ask for the same girl.

We arranged for the cleaner to do a deep clean of our new flat. He completed the job after 5 hours and the flat is still absolutely filthy, the carpets haven’t been hoovered, the surfaces are all grimy and the bathroom is filthy. Terrible experience.

Poor service, avoid.

Despite being scheduled for 4 hours, the cleaner stayed for 5 hours yet did not complete the cleaning as agreed. Only the bathrooms and living room were properly attended to, while one bedroom was barely touched and the other was left entirely uncleaned.

Surfaces were not wiped thoroughly, with dust remaining where boxes or objects were not moved.
Items were left scattered rather than being returned to their places.
The cleaner demonstrated poor hygiene practices, such as placing a dirty brush and dustpan on the dining table after cleaning, and mixing dirty and clean cloths together in storage.
The cleaner left abruptly without notifying us, leaving cleaning products and trash behind.

As the complaint wasn't submitted within 48 hours, the company refused to address it. Use at your own risk.

The cleaning day was an absolute disaster.

When he arrived, he asked me for a sponge, and I said I didn't have one. He went to the store and came back with just one single sponge and a few napkins (from a restaurant). The moment he started on one of the kitchen cabinets, I asked him 'Are you planning to wipe the entire house with a single sponge?' I told him, You can't clean the dirty areas and then wipe the inside of the refrigerator with the same cloth.'

He got angry and raised his voice at me. As he was leaving, he swore at me, and I can prove it. He was going to clean three bathrooms, three toilets, the ovens, and the kitchen with a single sponge. Neither this level of hygiene nor her behaviour is acceptable.

Not recommended

Cleaners were average, never better than satisfactory. The cleaner would claim longer hours than actually completed.
The booking system is annoying; cancellations were not accepted once cleaner had been assigned.
The support team did not reply for two weeks so I cancelled my subscription and will not be back.
