Due to an elderly member of a property moving out I needed the house cleaning up, mainly hard surfaces being scrubbed, mopped and bleached.
I was unsure of what company to go with, but with my application half filled out (with my contact number filled in) I was contacted by a sales man that reassured me all would be fine. Also if not ways to ressolve the issue. After the chat I felt confident, so I went ahead and booked the service.
The day I booked, a cleaner was unavailable so we agreed to rearrange.
The cleaner, arrived with minimal equipment/PPE (gloves). Spent all day at the properly and barely cleaned anything. A mop wasn’t used, the extra disinfectant wasn’t used, any heavy stains was barely removed. The cleaner spent extra time so there was an extra charge (not sure what for).
Unless you need things dusting down, any deep clean I would avoid this company.

Extremely poor carpet cleaning service. Cleaner arrived without proper equipment, asked to use our hoover, and left the carpet soaked for over 36 hours. The moisture caused a terrible odor, damage to the underlayer, and even respiratory issues. The room has been left uninhabitable just days before a new tenant is due to move in without aiming to proptly adress the sever damage. Completely unprofessional and not recommended.

Easy booking but cleaner did not complete the clean that I paid for despite the cleaner confirming that they did. The oven was not cleaned well and the inside of the cupboards was not completed even though these were paid for. I did email and complain however I'm still awaiting a response.

Waste of time! Booked an end of tenancy clean which they cancelled the day before. Got told they could get someone to me the day after at the same time. With that said I rebooked (when I could have tried elsewhere). I was told it would happen and I’m the app a name of a cleaner was assigned.
Next day, 3hrs before the booking it was cancelled again.
It’s a shoddy company who don’t care. Left me unable to do an end of tenancy clean so lost deposit.
The agent was unable to say or do anything other than say if a cleaner doesn’t accept your job it’s cancelled by the system 3hrs before.
My best advise - avoid emop unless you fancy trying each day and hope that a cleaner turns up.
And don’t expect any customer service support. When I messaged back after the second days cancelling I got no reply. Guess a company rating so low is not at all interested at changing that statistic.

I booked eMop to deal with very stubborn stains in my elderly father's bedroom. We were very impressed with the service. The lady spent 2.5 hours cleaning, eMop phoned during it to check we were happy, and overall we would have no hesitation recommending eMop for cleaning services.

Very unprofessional behaviour. Booked them for end of tenancy cleaning service 3-4 days in advance. They called 1 day before the appointment that carpet steam/deep cleaners are not available but they are trying. On the day they called again saying the same and promised that rest of the cleaning will be done as planned and later sent a cancellation email. We had to move to other city and had to book an expensive service on the last minute. If you want peace of mind, don’t book them .

I've been using eMop for some time now and have booked several cleans with them. They have all been great. As a landlord, I don't know how I'd cope without this service. I recently booked a clean and needed to update something on the booking. Within an instant, Prenefen (hope I've spelled his name right!) was on the case and had made my changes for me and gone above and beyond, even calling me back to confirm that everything was ok. Great customer service!

I have worked for Emop cleaning company for almost a year now and the experience has been awesome, I have earned well and the fact that it is a flexible job makes me love it. My trainer Pre, she sends me a well done message so as to keep me going, when I need help or get confused about something I reach out for help and they respond very quickly.
