Terrible.

Everytime I get an amazon order that is via this company it gets put "on board for delivery" several times before they actually bother to deliver it. This is on top of it sitting in the depot for 10+ days when the source and destination address is the same city. If I could have this company banned from carrying any parcels for me I'd do it.

Well my package was delivered but NOT…

Well my package was delivered but NOT TO ME ... someone else, therefore, CATCH was not prepared to replaced my order and 4PX could'nt tell us the address just photos of a home not in my street!!
So I missed out on my item as by the time I emailed them to get a resolution (8 times) they were out of stock!

Absolute bunch of…

Absolute bunch of Sh...................ts.
I ordered automatic Christmas tree from China website.
tracking showing my item is delivered on 2/12/2022, where as not in actual.
Their point of contact is another bunch of Bull Shi...........t.

Tracking does not represent reality

As with almost all other reviews here, tracking is a joke and is not accurate or representative of reality. I have to wonder if they are faking scans just to show their actual customers (the merchants selling the products and shipping with them) that they are doing their job. The reality is that they are not doing what the tracking information says. There's really no point to be using this bunch of Misfits for delivery when Australia Post is trackable and reasonably priced.

Disgusting

Firstly, I was scared as hell when the tracking info said "Saudi Arabia" when the info I put was South Australia, so the jokers can't even program their own tracking systems to give the correct information!

Secondly and worst of all, my package was simply thrown over the fence and into the garden, not even near my letter box so clearly there's no care given about the actual customers. It could've easily been transported to a local post office or I could've been notified, which other than the garbage tracking service, I wasn't.

Lastly, it's almost impossible to contact them, no matter how many things I tried, nothing at all. Who knows whether they give a sh at all!

Worst delivery company in the world

I bought a black hoodie for my daughter from Amazon. 4px have said it was delivered at 9.57am on Thursday 27th October. It definately was not, I was at home all day and I can see the front door from where I sit. I tried to contact the seller who have given me a phone number that doesnt work. Please do not use 4px or any company that uses them. Read the reviews. No doubt Ive lost my money. 4px suck.

Liars

Liars!

Tracking states "attempt failed. No one at home" - first of all, yes there was someone home!

Second of all, if you had knocked the door, my dog would've barked.

Thirdly, if you rang the doorbell, I would receive a notification on my phone and my doorbell camera would have taken a photo.

Fourthly, I have security cameras.

No. Attempt. Was. Made.

Now of course it'll probably sit in a depot until they ready to deliver it. God knows when that'll be.

I actually don't care if my delivery is late - they obviously do this so they can report back to whichever company hired them to say "hey look we tried"

Absolute liars.

Worst ever
I got text from this company that my package will come today so i texted him back that my friend will be at home 100% incase i have left the garage door open to leave my package he didn't even ring the bell and also didn't even leave in the garage and just taken back
I straight called him but he can't even speak English i am still waiting for my package more than 2weeks and i still dont know where it is trying to called the number that i have got messages but no one answered the phone terrible service

Do not buy from companies that use 4PX…

Ordered product from Melbourne company 9 or 10/10/2022, according to tracking still in Melbourne 18/10/2022. 4PX tracking wesite a joke, often does not function correctly, it seems the parcel has now been travelling around Melbourne for over a week. Supposed to be delivered to Sydney.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star!! they're atrocious!! they don't even come to the designated address, they always say invalid, no-one should use them!! they should be closed down completely. They don't call, you can't reach them, they're incompetent.

Useless Courier Company

I bought a mattress on Ebay and 4PX were supposed to deliver it on the 7/10/2022 so I waited all day and they never showed up, but I checked the tracking the next day the 8th and it said they came at 11:33am to deliver but no one was home so they left, which is a lie because I was home on Saturday and I never heard my intercom ringing and there was no "Calling Card" left in my letterbox to say they had come. And now when I checked the Tracking it says "The package is abnormal and putaway completed", so I am guessing I won't be getting my mattress today either, so back to sleeping on the floor again. Useless courier service, and trying to get in contact with them is just as bad.

Reliable, fast 8 days delivery from China to UK via 4px/Royal Mail

Ordered a PowKiddy game from China. Goods shipped immediately on 26th
September - fully tracked at each depot and airport to arrival in UK on 30th September - 4px use Royal Mail for final mile delivery who took a further 4 days to deliver on 4th October. Item had a Royal Mail tracking number so I could track on 4px site then Royal Mail site once in UK - excellent speedy service! 8 days to UK is very good!

Do not use this provider

Ordered items in September still haven't arrived. Tried following tracking number it states on the account delivery failed on 4th October customer refusal ( why would we refuse a parcel we ordered and paid for ). Nobody rang the doorbell as we were in at the time stated. On the 5th of October the account states the package is abnormal and put away complete ( WHERE ARE THE GOODS ? ). Tried ringing on 96441851 always engaged. Know wonder if this is the service they provide. EBAY should be aware of this.

Worst courier company

Worst courier company. Received a text to advise that my delivery is on the way. I waited the whole day but no delivery. No update and no contact number or email to follow up. Next day I saw on their tracker that my parcel was returned back to their warehouse. Had to wait another 2 business days before I received a text to again inform me that delivery is on the way. I waited the whole day and parcel was finally delivered at the end of the day. Delivery guy did not bother ringing the door bell, just dropped it on the front porch and left! Delivery was supposed to be signed by me! This company has really infuriated me with their “couldn’t care less” service.

Ordered a package august 8th still…

Ordered a package august 8th still hasn't arrived, it was supposed to arrive September 16th but now it says package lost. Its September 23rd I honestly do not know why it still hasn't arrived and I would've honestly paid for 10$ extra for amazon prime shipping if I knew this were the case.
