Pretended to deliver but walked off with my package. All caught on CCTV.

The 4PX delivery driver walked to the front of my apartment building, took a photo of the building number, the intercom system at the front door used to call residents and him holding my package. He did not call my apartment (I was waiting at home). He just walked back to his truck with my package and drove off. This was after I received an SMS saying delivery failed - contact customer service. You can only do this online via a chat window. They sent me the photos and said the driver tried to call me. I told them exactly what happened after the building manager showed me the CCTV of this driver just taking photos and going back to his truck. They shut the chat down and will not respond anymore. Fortunately I can claim for non delivery of item. At least Paypal believes me.

Very bad service, they never contact and keep writing a massage next to your tracking number, we could not contact you, while they have all my contact information.

4PX Transrush RUDE FOUL MOUTHED COURIER DRIVERS

4PX Transrush - Tuesday the 23rd of August 2022 - New South Wales, Sydney Australia. WORST COURIER DRIVER / COURIER COMPANY EVER. The courier person was rude & refused to help me bring the item up stairs. The courier driver left the item unattended on the ground floor with with no confirmation from me at all, that it was ok to leave the item there unattended after speaking with him over the intercom. When I politely asked the courier to help bring item from downstairs - Up . ADD - KNOWING that the item recommends correct trolley & as per pictured on the box / packaging; 2 people to lift it, due to not just the items weight, but awkward shape of the boxed item. The courier person just kept repeating "NO IDIOT, YOU DO IT YOURSELF. YOU FCK OFF AND CARRY YOUR OWN F#CKING SH#T - " before he started to leave. I followed the driver to his van - EVEN after I explained my back is inflamed & one of my knees & leg are not 100% - I am very very sore, Please help me carry this item & repeated more than 4 times. I need some assistance to get the item up my stairs. The courier kept repeating "NO, YOU CART YOUR OWN SH#T. NOW YOU FCK OFF. YOU GO AWAY. YOU GO AWAY AND YOU LEAVE ME ALONE IDIOT ! " .

When politely asked again to help bring the item up the stairs to my floor. The courier again, repeatedly refused to & then claimed he was not able to understand what I was asking him because he can't actually speak or understand English after again calling me an Idiot.

Not happy at all 4px Transrush couriers.

Have no clue where my package is

Have no clue where my package is. Says failed attempt, unpaid duties and taxes. No one has ever contacted me or given me a way to pay import taxes. Have ZERO clue the location of that package, impossible to get in touch with them. No location or contact information available,

Highly suspect

Highly suspect.
Package has not arrived.
Status says package arrived in their Sydney depot.
Was then 'onboard for delivery' for 3 days before claiming they attempted delivery (after midnight) but nobody was home.
- Someone was home at all times over the 36hours prior to that status.
- Security footage doesnt record any attempt to deliver.
- Their contact email addresses 'track' & '4px' are invalid.
- Their website contact page doesnt work.
- Their Australian office says the delivery was direct from china and 'will not come to our Australian warehouse' (despite the status saying it passed thru the Syd depot).

Delayed parcel delivery, Lacking in updates.

Last week, I purchased an item from Amazon through a seller/ vendor in China. The first time I purchased from them, fine, no delays and on time delivery.
This time around, Amazon tells me the package has shipped with 4px, but since last Wednesday has NOT updated from "Left facility in Shenzen China"; the parcel was due for delivery yesterday. Since yesterday, it has not arrived. Amazon's assistant messenger tells me it would arrive today. Later that same day, I spoke with an Amazon customer service representative saying the parcel would be delivered today. I checked the front door and mailbox, Nothing. Then I received an update on my order (not from 4px, but from Amazon) that it's delayed and is due to arrive between today through Friday.
While trying to find out an exact location of the parcel by emailing the courier service in question, I get a notice saying the email was not delivered. I have entered the tracking number on 4px's website, and parcelapp, as of last week, STILL saying "Depart from facility to service provider".
Seems like one can't even find out any updates from this courier package. So, I looked it up, as to why I have not received any updates... Thankfully, I am not alone. I have read Reddit threads saying the same thing about 4px, and tracking not updating. From another complainant, "There is no way to even contact them if you have an issue." This is from en.4px.com "Error sending email. Feel free to contact our support service if you need help." Yet, they are supposedly the "Leading parcel service in China".
I have been forced through hoops my entire life , as someone with a developmental disorder. This is one of the worst.

I placed an order with my hard earned money and the package never came.

I ordered a pair of shoes with my hard earned money. First of all, it's been over a month since I ordered them, and they're not here. I tracked the package and it would sit in one place for days and days at a time.
Now, 4PX is saying that my package has been delivered to me... it hasn't. I've checked my porch at least 4 times and it's no where to be found. They delivered it to another house in a whole different town. So someone now gets a pair of shoes for free, with my money... This is the worst company I've ever encountered. Based on other reviews my experience is not uncommon so I hope they get sued!!!!

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I ordered a small desk 4 weeks ago from Melbourne to sydney and still haven't got it. It has been sitting in the sydney depot for 3 weeks and they haven't touched it! They are ridiculously slow and obviously a very cheap courier company.

Say they have delivered but have not…

Say they have delivered but have not able to contact the company in any way so the question is who is making the money on the goods not delivered. Amz refusing to help even though they have taken the money. supplier can only be contacted via Amazon site and surprise no response.

Successful delivery

My first time using 4px.

7 Days from Hong Kong to "Arrival at Destination" (i.e. Landed in New Zealand), a good speed.

Tracking then got spooky with no updates for a week, which I assume was the parcel clearing customs.

Still, it was a success, 16 days to my door, so I'd confidently use 4px for items under $200.

no transparency

No message of failed delivery. No contact details on amazon. Apparently works with PostNord (which is bad enough), but provides no tracking number for use with them.

Terrible for shipment

Terrible for shipment, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it. It showed on Amazon app that my package was delivered but it was not.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’m writing this review as an employee, well now ex employee. Based at their new site in Panatonni Park Northampton. They have bullies attempting to run the site, the whole building is a health and safety disaster waiting to happen, there is no training, no site induction, no health & safety training, no manual handling training, no site induction, you’re not shown where fire exits are, not shown where fire assembly point is, not shown where toilets are, they store hazardous/hazmat items with rest of stock, there are electric power cables just hanging from the ceiling and their on site security process is beyond a joke. They don’t know what they’re doing so just AVOID!

Pathetic

I drove out to their Regents Park warehouse to collect a package. 3 staff sitting outside smoking and chatting. Not one would get up to get my package because they still had a half hour left for their lunch. They weren’t even eating. Talk about customer service!

You'll never receive your package

The tracking info is bogus.This is the second time I ordered from a seller on Amazon that used them to ship. Both times it said it was delivered and neither package was received. Thank goodness Amazon gives refunds. Don't ever use them to ship anything. There is no way to even contact them if you have an issue.
