Second one great. …
So … the second kit I brought direct from Sinocare is super (quick delivery and works efficiently in 5 second count down). Unfortunately the first one I brought about two months ago was via Amazon but I didn’t open
It and try it for 5 weeks and the meter didn’t work. After 30 days too late to return via Amazon so I just ordered the second.
Now to figure how to return my Anaxon Sinocare purchase (not obvious) do that I have a share.

Slow to inform customer of progress.
The item purchased is in itself good quality and performs well.
The problem for me was lack of information related to confirmation of order, subsequent information related to status of order and lack of clarity about who it was being delivered by and when.
