AQ UG DEFECT

Hi, this is already the second Safe AQ UG device I get from Amazon that is faulty. It does not detect blood urea data. I have not found your warranty or repair center in Europe.

For your order, we shipped the goods, but the follow-up logistics lost the goods, which was related to the strike in the UK at that time. We have therefore issued a refund for your order.
