All of our US orders are duty covered by ourselves, however we are aware of an issue in which some US orders have been incorrectly billed duties by FedEx.

My package was lost for a moment, fortunately it was recovered pretty quickly. Customer service on END’s end was super good! Got a very quick reply and they really tried their best. Quality of the product was good. Overall very happy, good experience.

A++ product A++++ customer service
Purchased a pair of Birkenstock Boston's they are great, A++ also what impressed me the most was the customer service team who helped me apply the discount as it glitched at the checkout and didn't apply having me pay full price, I emailed them about the issue and I'm on the other side of the world I didn't expect to hear from them for at least a few days but within short time they replied to me, refunded me the difference and we're apologetic for the glitch, great company to deal with will be buying from END again. Thanks legends!

Received an item of clothing which was as described, but I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I understand the item was of limited numbers but had no communication as to either getting an exchange or a refund. In the end I got a refund but would much prefer the item.
