Love the coat- I’m shopping from Canada…

Love the coat- I’m shopping from Canada though and got hit with a $93 duty fee. Had I known, I probably would have sourced it in Canada because it ended up costing the same as if I had. Not a big deal, I was just disappointed that I didn’t get the “great deal” I thought I was getting. Anyway- I blame Trump, whether that’s accurate or not ;) shipping was a day longer than promised but again- it was shipped through the states, so we’ll blame him for that too. Packaging was nice, and overall I would recommend buying from END. But maybe have an advisory that mentions the possibility of tariff/duty charges.

END. are based in the United Kingdom and all of our parcels are shipped from here.

Most packages entering your destination country are subject to import duties and these would need to be paid by yourself.

Of course, if you do not want to pay these import duties then you can refuse to accept the parcel from the courier and the goods will be returned back to our warehouse for a full refund once they arrive back.

Amazing service and quality clothing

END failed to provide any support towards a missing parcel, putting the blame on DPD. still to be informed by both parties on what’s happened to my +£100 order. Disappointed is an understatement

Shocking experience

Shocking experience - delivered to wrong address, contacted Customer Service to find out where it was delivered as photo on DPD as proof of delivery not my home. DPD would not give any information as their contract is with END. Informed by END customer service GPS shows delivered so nothing more they can do, she then went on to say you must recognise the door in the photo and it is your responsibility to locate the parcel.
