My teenage son originally saw a psychologist and was diagnosed with ADHD. As the psychologist could not legally prescribe medication (this is the case with all UK psychologists currently), she recommended Endior and we spoke to the psychiatrist Simbiat. Simbiat has been amazing - so kind, helpful, calm and thorough. Her knowledge of ADHD and mental health is vast. I would highly recommend.

We contacted Simbi following a recommendation. We have found her to be helpful, supportive, organised and accessible. She initiated and titrated up my daughter’s medication successfully, liaised with our GP practice and answered all our questions.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the very first assessment through to ongoing medication reviews, the service has been consistently professional, thorough, and genuinely caring.

My consultant, Simbiat, has been exceptional. She is calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive - taking the time to listen properly, explain things clearly, and make thoughtful, balanced decisions. I never once felt rushed or dismissed, and every question was taken seriously. The care feels truly personalised rather than procedural.

The administrative side has also been excellent: appointments are well organised, communication is clear, and the whole process feels efficient and supportive which makes such a difference when you’re navigating ADHD treatment.

We had our son's ADHD medication titrated and sorted within the estimated time. Simbi from Endior was very prompt in communication, listened to our concerns and helpful working with the GP on shared care after the medication was agreed. The associated Pharmacy (Pharmazon) communication and dispatch was very patchy and we had to ring up several times to initiate dispatch. Once dispatched it arrived next day.

Simbiat Longe was absolutely wonderful throughout my time with Endior - incredibly professional, organised, efficient and caring. She made the entire process (which can be somewhat daunting) as smooth and painless as is possible. I never write online reviews, but I am very grateful to Simbiat for how much help she has been in improving my health, and would truly recommend Endior to anyone in need of the services they offer. My quality of life has vastly improved now compared to before starting with Simbiat, and it is thanks to her that the process was so fast and efficient.

The care that has been provided by Dr Simbi has been exceptional. Navigating ADHD comes with a lot of uncertainty and I have felt supported and reassured throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend for anyone who's looking to get medicated.

I have been doing my ADHD meds titration with Simbi at Endior for the past 4 months and it has been so wonderful. Simbi is so understanding and responsive and throughout the entire process I have really felt like I was being very well looked after and understood. I highly recommend!

To add, I found the treatment pricing to be very affordable. It was clear that the objective was to treat patients rather than inflate costs unnecessarily.

I was referred to Endior in December last year after being diagnosed with ADHD. Simbi has so much compassion and knowledge and her treatment plan was always very precise. Outwith our monthly meetings, she was always available if I had any questions or concerns and responded quickly every time. If you could clone Simbi several times, there would be a lot less people stuck in the ADHD cycle like I was.
When trying different medication, or getting the dosage right, she always listened and took on board my lived experience. Simbi with her clinical knowledge and expertise and me with my lived experience.
This is how any care profession should be, but sadly it is rare. I'm glad I found it in Endior.
Not to mention, through the medication shortages, access to medication has never been a problem, as Simbi has built a great relationship with suppliers.

Simbi was patient, kind, empathetic and professional. My assessment was thorough and follow up treatment and medical titration was carefully monitored.
Simbi was able to answer all questions that I had regarding ADHD and in particular was very understanding as to a lot of my frustrations at not-knowing about it sooner and helped to encourage me to practice better self-compassion to help move forward. She also took a thorough look into existing co-morbidities (other health conditions), and assisted me with a much-overdue referral to an endocrinologist through my GP.

I’ve spent my adult life on a range of anxiety tablets - yet never understanding why nothing works and ultimately leading to a number of chronic breakdowns and scary physical symptoms of all kinds.

Since I’ve been diagnosed and treated I am now able to focus more but the most incredible change has been the losing of the feelings of helplessness and catastrophising that plagued my every day - I now feel positively motivated and see the positives in scenarios that prior would have let me to another horrible emotional collapse.

There was the most awful BBC Panorama “expose” on private ADHD clinics which I can tell you from personal experience was incredibly poorly researched and ironically the company they researched (adhd 360) is what I would call an “industrialised” facility with the aim of helping the government reduce waiting lists. Maybe the panorama should investigate the government and their awful policies toward funding adhd diagnosis.

Simbi is amazing. She’s just called me on a Sunday - to change my medication because there is a national shortage of elvanse - so she’s helping me move acrosss to the available medication - which obviously is a nightmare but she is helping me free of charge because she cares about her clients welfare.
