Changing Tariff
Previously, the option of changing tariffs and costs were on the bill. This system required me to go into my account to check them. As someone who is not very confident with websites, i was nervous that by pressing certain buttons, i would inadvertently change to the wrong tariff.
Why do i have do i have to spend hours on this process every year?
Why don't you just put me on the cheapest tariff?
