A Lobbyist By Any Other Name
Do not trust this company, do not use this company. They have no regard for the customer nor the problems the customer endures due to their bad recommendations. Their only loyalty is to their 'partner' company/ies for whom they 'lobby', which I have learned to my cost. Please save yourself a lot of terrible, seemingly unending troubles, by avoiding Energy Dundee, plus V4 Consumer (scam company) and Utility Warehouse, the two companies they recommended to me.

We have the utmost care for our customers. 99% of our orders are placed by existing customers who are very happy with our advice and savings made over the years. Unfortunately due to the thousands of orders placed with various providers every month there are a small amount that will have internal issues. Please report any such experience as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to resolve.

Energy Dundee cold called my 93 year…
Energy Dundee cold called my 93 year old grandmother and pressured her into changing all her utilities and take out a mobile phone plan.
It has taken us day to reverse the damage this company has done. My gran has been worried sick and stressed over the whole thing.
The conduct of their call handler was shameful.
