I couldn’t find my booking for Dover Castle. I bought two more tickets for the same date and time. I realised I had double booked. I emailed explaining what happened and received a full refund

I had been send the wrong membership…
I had been send the wrong membership card on renewal, l had a disabled pass and been sent a senior membership. Contacted them by email and it had been changed back to disabled membership within a few days look forward to visiting again excellent service

Quick and helpful
I didn't have to wait for an agent, they answered quickly, they were very helpful and polite and resolved the issue quickly. This is much better than email, as I had emailed 5 days ago and only received an auto reply and nothing more.
