I ordered my shoes without realizing they would come all the way from Bulgaria! Not a problem: they've arrived within a few days. The quality was excellent, the size didn't work, so they provided a return label to ship the shoes back. The customer service was excellent. I ordered a smaller size right away and my order arrived within days again. I've gotten so many compliments on the very first day I wore my sandals out. *Important* to avoid having to ship your shoes back, for US sizing, 39=9, 40=10, etc. My only complaint is on the table provided, it was recommended I ordered one size up (40=US 9), which didn't work.
