Beware: not user-friendly subscription cancellation and often emails to customer service will not directly answer your questions. Wish they would just say 'sold out' and email you when back in stock like other shops do, instead of taking payment and then months later I have still not received products.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with . I have ordered on aprox 4 occasions with this company and on all but one occasion it has taken 3 months to actually get the product. The customer service is extremely poor, either ignoring emails, or inadequate responses and fob the customer off with excuses. They fail to provide any postage tracking despite it being requested and blame customs for the delay but won’t provide tracking so you can’t actually follow it up. ( tracking was only provided 2 months later ) It’s a good product but not worth the hassle dealing with a company who can’t provide the product and don’t have a half decent customer service. If it’s less stress your after don’t order with them !!

Been waiting for a refund for products I did not receive since May 2024.
No updates from them, if I would not chase them asking they would not care at all. Numerous promises to sort my refund today but never actually done… Week after week there is another excuse.

No order and no replies to 3 emails, my order has been stuck for a week and I’ve not received any updates. I’ve spent £33 and received nothing. People who order these gummies are usually anxious and want them quickly, having to wait 10 days and counting isn’t great customer service. Please reply to your emails too!

Then conned by cutting the packs by half with no info in this (the photo on order was actually a 60 pack but got sent a 30 pack and pretending to do free pack if you subscribe-which was actually the other 30 !?!? Gunmies don’t taste the same smell of glue and chemicals which after taking for a week I actually felt pretty poorly so stopped taking incase ,
don’t bother anymore customer service awful , will buy lions mane and aswaganda somewhere else as that’s the stuff that’s actually good! Shame as started of fantastic but after 10 months of trying to stick with the brand give up ! And as a reply to your comment -why send me the discount codes if you don’t want me to use them /surely this had nothing to do with it ?? If I’m using a discount code does that mean I’m entitled to less ??

Misrepresentation at every level
Further to my earlier review, today I received one poor quality bag. Despite assurances in early September that the second “free bag” would be included it was not. It is clear that the item was not available for dispatch at the time the dispatch notice was sent. Had the business read and responded to my emails about the inclusion of the second bag they would have been able to sort it out. Unless of course, there were no free bags available, which wouldn’t surprise me! They have misrepresented their services on every level from stock levels to delivery to promotional products. Given the quality of the packaging and no information anywhere about the manufacturer, if there was an issue after consuming them, I don’t see a high level of support forthcoming! Sadly negative trust pilot reviews are the only thing they respond to so have raised a dispute with my card for a refund. It would probably take another 50 days to get the “free bag” anyway! Please cancel subscriptions and stick to reliable retailers for things like this.

Very poor delivery service paid for a batch on the 5th of september ,then subscribed thinking it would be quicker and easier. I have since paid another 2 payments .received my first lot on the 13th October after several emails chasing my orders. Received my 2nd order today the 14th to only have 30 gummies instead of 60. And still waiting on my 3rd order. Very poor service

Good product but awful customer service
Actually found the gummies to really help me but the customer service is beyond awful. My second delivery was 2 months late and missing 1 of the 3 packs I paid for. I reached out to the company and they haven't sent me the 3rd pack or bothered to respond. Avoid and find another company that offers a similar product.

Worst customer service Iv ever…
Worst customer service Iv ever experienced. Set up a subscription beginning of sept. Never received any of the products I ordered. After 2 emails finally got a response saying they were on a pre sale- even though that wasn’t stated when I purchased them. Iv since been charged a second subscription with no products being sent out. Today I received just one of the products I ordered, so I’m still missing sleep gummies and a second subscription

Top brand with the tastiest gummy supplements I have ever had. Have had a lot of companies send me similar things to review and honestly can say these are the only ones that actually taste like sweets and still get the job done. Gutted when I need to stock up ✅
Don't pre order!
You pre order because they have non in stock, they come in stock and your pre order still doesn't get sent out , you email , says it's per our terms and conditions, could take upto 40days! If I known this wouldn't it bothered pre ordering and just waited for them to come in stock. Will be sent out early October , still waiting. Could get a refund but that can take 10 days. Something not right here.
They say the benefit of pre ordering is it's cheaper, It was still the same price as if you go and order them when they are in stock so you aren't saving any money. My advice definitely don't pre order wait till they are in stock

Poor customer service...
The money was taken from my account on 12th September, but I still haven't received my delivery, or a reply to the 3 emails I have sent. On 30th September I received an email to say they had been despatched, but today, 5th October, still not received. Disappointing, the product is good, but they shouldn't take payment if they can't supply the goods.
You shouldn't send an email saying goods despatched if 5 days later they still haven't been sent to the courier.
