Liam Craig was the Customer Experience Representative who helped me with my call. I hadn't used my account in a long time and I was locked out. Liam helped me regain access to my account. He was very professional in handling my issue and in a calm, polite, and helpful manner. Excellent experience. Rang up EQi to reset a password after being locked out of my account. I was expecting it to be a lengthy & complex process as these things often can be.
